The view is amazing.
However, it was raining all the time, which is not the hotel's fault, so even though it was a mountain view, we couldn't see the mountains at all.
The service at the hotel was very good.

The hotel is clean, spacious and airy, the room facilities are luxurious, parking is comfortable, and the staff is friendly. However, the breakfast buffet is not very diverse but delicious.

We had a very pleasant stay at Pao’s. The staffs were courteous and very helpful. We would particularly single out Ms Katie (front office) who went out of her way to assist us with every query we had and with her helpful recommendations. The H’Mong suite we stayed in was excellent and with great view of the mountains and valleys. We would however prefer that the balcony is sheltered as when it rained (as it did in 2 consecutive days during our stay), we couldn’t hang out at the balcony to enjoy the great view and the raindrop atmosphere. The foods at A Linh Restaurant were great too. Overall an excellent hotel that we would highly recommend to stay at Sapa!

The hotel has rooms with beautiful views of the valley. The breakfast is delicious and the dining room also has a nice view.

it was pretty decent, view from hotel was nice but balcony and toilet were our main issues. Balcony was super dirty and toilet was continuously clogging. Food and service were really really good. Location was decent.
Overall stay was pretty decent. View and location is really great, slightly foggy in the morning but it clears up eventually.
Restaurant food was fantastic and service was really good. I highly recommend staying here.
Unfortunately some issues were the cleanliness and toilet drainage. The balcony was super dirty and just in general wasn't a very clean room despite it being 5 star. Toilet drainage was clogging and overflowing outside the toilet everytime we showered.

I didn't request breakfast separately at the hotel, which was really good, so the accommodation fee was cheaper and I could eat breakfast separately, but it was expensive... It was delicious overall. The naan bread was very delicious. Even though it was breakfast, there were a lot of varieties. We visited from May 4 to May 9, but due to the nature of Sapa, it rains often. A small umbrella is a must! Usually stops within an hour
All rooms have amazing views.
All tours are within walking distance
Fansipan Station is only a 10-15 minute walk away, so it's difficult.
Cat Cat Village is 20 to 25 minutes away if you follow the road to the cafe near the hotel entrance. I'm not sure about this place because it's a car ride, but a lot of people walk.
It was good to be active because it wasn’t too hot.
