Very good service

Thank you so much for being so kind and giving me a room with a great view.

The counter staff are very friendly. They greet everyone with a smile every day, ask if they have had enough breakfast, and say hello to everyone they see. Although the road in front of the hotel is not wide, cars can drive in. When coming, the sleeper bus shuttle takes you to the hotel entrance. When going to Maomao Village, you can call Grad and get on the bus at the door. The accommodation is quiet. There are stairs next to it leading down to the busy shopping street, and it takes only four minutes to walk to Sapa Station (Sapa Station) to Fansipan. When we checked out at 8am and waited for the sleeper bus shuttle, the counter staff prepared a bottle of water and biscuits for each of us to eat on the way. Their service was really warm and friendly. The hotel facilities are a bit old, the only drawback is that the shower head has a small amount of water.

The view is not very good, but it is nice that you can see the mountain even when you lie down on the bed in the room. The facilities are not very good, but it is reasonable for the price. If you walk around the neighborhood a bit more than near the accommodation, you can find a place with a good view. It is clean, and the man at the front desk is very kind. It is nice that he does not make you feel pressured.

We had a very impressive Sapa experience. The staffs were very friendly and helpful. The accommodation is in a good location near the center and Sun Plaza. We will definitely go back again. The price is not expensive. The room is big and beautiful. The view is very good.
