From the moment I arrived, I was captivated by the hotel’s stunning architecture, which beautifully blends French colonial elegance with the rich cultural heritage of Sapa. The rooms were impeccably designed, offering luxurious comfort with breathtaking views of the mountains. Every detail, from the vintage-inspired decor to the plush bedding, reflected the hotel’s commitment to excellence. The service was outstanding—staff members were incredibly warm, attentive, and always ready to go the extra mile to ensure a pleasant stay. Dining at Chic Restaurant was another highlight, with an exquisite selection of French and Vietnamese cuisine that delighted my taste buds. The indoor heated pool and spa provided the perfect retreat after exploring the stunning landscapes of Sapa. Overall, Hotel de la Coupole exceeded my expectations in every way. Whether you’re looking for a romantic getaway, a relaxing retreat, or a luxurious escape in the mountains, this hotel is the perfect choice.

Place was great, service excellent. Price is on the higher end but you get what you pay for. Breakfast buffet has a wide spread and delicious. Vuong the bell boy was helpful in helping us get around and went above and beyond. Would definitely return to stay next time

Beautiful hotel - service leaves room for improvement We arrived early and let the hotel know about 10 days prior that we will be arriving at 4am. I called the front desk who asked me to walk about 50m but wasn’t clear about the direction. After 30 mins he sent a buggy to pick us up. A common theme is that some staff don’t communicate if they don’t know something or are unable to help. They just nod and it’s really difficult to discern whether they’re going to do anything or not. Just let me know you don’t know or can’t help - even in Vietnamese! At least I can translate it myself. After 3 hours of waiting in the freezing lobby, Lala explained the process and gave us clarity on next steps. She was kind enough to upgrade as it was my birthday and it was slow season, which I appreciated. Lala is a gem - she came by and everything was really smooth after that. She was cheerful and clear in her communication. She gave useful recommendations and she was clear in what she could and could not do. She was really great and we appreciated her help greatly. Overall a good, clean hotel - a bit far from the town but that’s a good thing. Facilities are good and plenty - you probably don’t even need to go to the town area. Most of the staff except for a handful are quite difficult to interact with due to their refusal to give bad news or say they don’t know something.

The hotel has been nothing but amazing. The only downside was that the weather was foggy thus unable to see a proper view during the daytime and night time. Nonetheless on a perfect weather, i am certain the room would have an impeccable view. I would like to special mention Ms. Vivian Nguyen for the special arrangement made for the special occasion of celebrating my partners birthday. The team’s attention to detail with utmost service made my partners experience a memorable one. I sure we would love to return again

The hotel location is good, on the top of the hill in the central area, it is a little hidden, the path to the hotel is not easy to find, the hotel is an antique wooden structure house, it is comfortable to live in, although the room is a bit small, the bathroom is a bit small, and the bed It's a bit small, there are certain obstacles to English communication throughout the course, and the breakfast is rich and tastes great.

The lake view room I booked for the first day was a garden room. Because it is close to the main road from Sabah to the old street, the traffic flow is large, and there are still cars at night. From the garden room side, you can hear the noise from the main street at night. There is the sound of cars. If you have sleep requirements, be careful to choose a room on this side.

The hotel is in a great location. Within walking distance of shops, cafes and ticket offices for the cable car to the top of Fansipan. The rooms are cozy and clean, the staff is polite and helpful. Self-check-in according to the instructions was simple and clear. I recommend!

If you are looking for a cheap hotel with a high CP value, then this one is recommended to you. The room is large, has a balcony and the bath water is very hot. , you can also store your luggage after check-out. The service staff is professional and the room is well soundproofed. It is suitable for family travel or solo travel.
