많이들 가셔서 예약했는데
메일로 주차예약확정 까지 받고 갔는데
없다그러고 진짜 직원분 제가
여태 살면서 본 서비스직 중에 가장 최악이었어요 !!!!!!!!!!
셀프 체크인이었는데 아무리 해도 안나와서 도움을 요청했는데
기다려 달라고 하던지 쳐다보고는
인상 팍 쓰면서 자기할일 하고
기다리라고 말해줬다면 충분히 이해했을텐데
무시한다는 그표정 은 아직도 잊혀지지 않아요
어떻게 해야할지 몰라서 한참 서서 하고있으니까 한숨 푹 쉬면서 나와서 해주는데 얼마나 차갑게 굴던지
진짜 역대급 불친절이었어요
토요코인 에서 저런 불친절한 직원을 왜 고용하고있는지 모르겠네요 진짜 호텔이미지가 최악으로 확 떨어집니다

안갈꺼에요
그리고 그직원은 서비스 교육을 다시 받던지 해야겠어요
하ㅡ 진짜 여행가서 그직원때문에 너무 열받는 일이 많았는데 어디다 말을해야할지 모르겠네요 거기사장님 있으면 여태제가한말을 다 전해주고 싶어요

"시설의 편안함." "직원의 친절함." "간단한 조식." 모든 것이 제 마음에 들었습니다. 히타카츠에서 버스를 타고, 이즈하라에 도착을 하자마자 눈 앞에 바로 보였고, 중점을 해서 쉽게 주변 관광은 물론 맛집을 찾았으니 1박 2일을 알차게 보냈습니다.

호텔이 너무 깔끔하고 좋습니다! 위치도 좋고 조식등등 서비스가 좋습니다!
하지만 차를 렌트해서 가실 경우 미리 호텔에 연락해서 주차장 예약이 필수 이며 예약을 안하고 갈시 티아라 몰이라 다른데 따로 주차를 해야해서 추가적인 금액이 지출 됩니다!
