A very cost-effective accommodation experience. You must stay here when you come to Karuizawa in winter! It feels like arriving in Europe! I don’t know why I want a TV here? The snow scenery alone is worth the price of admission. I really want to come and stay here every winter~

The room is very clean. If you drive by yourself, this place is great to stay. The navigation didn't find the way before, and the owner was very patient to re-send the location. There are Lawson and 7-11 within 2 km, so it is a very quiet accommodation environment.

It's in a relatively mountainous area, but it's very close to Baisi Waterfall. The room is very clean and it doesn't get dark even if you wear socks and walk in it, and the heating is very sufficient! The equipment inside is very complete ~ the boss can speak Chinese! Also very gentle and polite Chat with the boss and say this is newly opened! So there aren’t many reviews. When I first ordered, I was worried about whether I would be cheated? ! Because it’s so cheap.! We navigated there with an uneasy feeling. During the process, we contacted Mr. Hoshikawa and said he would arrive late. He immediately helped us confirm and deal with the room matters. Thank you very much. I will choose here again next time I come here ~ I hope the price will not change too much.

The rooms are comfortable and the service is very attentive. Especially the airport pick-up and drop-off service is punctual and considerate. The room has everything you need, the surrounding environment is like a fairy forest, and the air is fresh. This is the perfect place for a vacation.

After reading the comments section, I learned that the front desk staff can communicate in Chinese and there is a pick-up and drop-off service from the JR station. It will be open in 2024. I made a reservation without hesitation. Before checking in, I learned The hotel contacted and learned that Mr. Hoshikawa and his wife are also Chinese. They have been studying in Japan for more than 10 years. It feels like meeting old friends in a foreign country. Because it is our first time to travel to Karuizawa, everything is strange to us. Hoshikawa The husband took the initiative to introduce us to us, and sent us to the car rental company to pick up the car the next morning, and reminded us of the precautions for driving in the snow. Since we stayed at the Karuizawa Prince Hotel the night before, our glasses and power bank were left behind. The hotel forgot to take it away, so I asked Mr. Hoshikawa to contact the Prince Hotel for help. Because the hotel is located halfway up the mountain, the hotel provides kitchen utensils for travelers to cook by themselves. Fortunately, we had enough time, so we bought all the hot pot at the 7-11 supermarket in Karuizawa. Ingredients, of course eating hot pot in the guest room restaurant is a rare experience!
