The pipe behind the refrigerator has a noise similar to a knock on the door from time to time (about 4-5 sound), In terms of equipment, the hair dryer is excellent, the bathroom and room are large, the water pressure is strong, and the heat is enough. I spent 30 minutes on the massage chair and wanted to buy one back. The female front desk service staff is kind.

Used for business trips. The room was clean. The large public bath was good. There is a sauna and an open-air bath (for 1 person) for 3 people. Open from early morning until late at night. The breakfast had a good variety and was delicious. It was good except for the fact that it was far from Tsu Station and there was a charge for parking. I would like to use it again if I have a chance.

We stayed here for two nights on a trip from Korea. We brought along a Korean family of four, so we used two rooms. As the room did not have an automatic lock, my sister-in-law and her husband did not have the habit of removing the key, so they left the key when they went out, which was a little inconvenient as the room was not cleaned. We borrowed a wheelchair, and my mother-in-law said it was the most comfortable one she borrowed during her trip to Japan. There was a supermarket and drugstore right behind the hotel, and a convenience store nearby, so it was convenient. We would like to use it again when we travel to Japan.
