It's a shame we didn't make a reservation for dinner and couldn't have it. Convenience stores and restaurants are far away, so they'll need to make arrangements or arrange for directions somewhere.
The warm, flowing water was amazing.
I went in five times.
The bathrooms were very well-cleaned, which impressed me.
I'd like to go again.

I went to the day spa "Yunosho" operated by Yumoto Sakakibarakan. The facility is a little old-fashioned, but the slippery water is great. The source of the spring, which is not heated or diluted, looks like a hot water pool at first, but it feels good and you can stay in it for as long as you like.

The front desk staff was very rude. The moment I entered the room, it smelled like smoke, but all rooms in the building are non-smoking. Why? Dinner was okay, but breakfast was very poor. The hot water was very good, so next time I'll go to another inn.

The hot spring is the best. It's a beauty bath that is good for the skin. What makes me happiest is that they drain the hot spring water and clean the bathtub every day! It felt so good. It's hard to clean a big bathtub, but I hope there will be more places like that. The building and rooms are like old-fashioned hot spring inns. The food was not particularly memorable. In late March, I got on the highway and took a ferry from Toba to Cape Irabu in Aichi Prefecture to go strawberry picking. Using the hot spring inn as a base, it was a day trip that included a ferry trip from Toba, a drive along the sea and rapeseed fields, and strawberry picking. The strawberries were incredibly delicious. It's better to make reservations in advance for both the ferry and strawberry picking.

If you want to enjoy a natural hot spring bath, but the waters in Kusatsu, Arima, and Beppu are too hot, then we highly recommend Yumoto Sakakibarakan. The bath here has natural hot spring water, which is 31.2℃, halfway between lukewarm water and cold water, so you can stay in it as long as you like, whether it's summer or winter. This time we booked the 4-part anniversary plan, but if you're going with someone, this plan is recommended. As a bonus, you can check in one hour early, and a half bottle of wine is included with your meal. And the private open-air bath is the best. The open-air bath we chose this time was the "Nunobiki" jacuzzi bath with "fantastic underwater lighting." Whether you're a newlywed couple or an adulterous couple, if you bring two bath towels, you'll have an unforgettable, extraordinary experience.
