I was impressed with this hotel from booking it on the phone. The staff are so professional and diligent. Maria was amazing - helped me by lending me a charger cable and by printing out a ticket for me. All done with a smile. The hotel itself is a joy. I arrived late at night and the entry system was easy to navigate and the room they gave me was lovely. So comfortable. It’s stylish, comfortable and modern but the hotel has some character too. Don’t miss it!!

Booked very short notice. Received a warm welcome, mid evening. Everything was explained in detail. Ordered s few light dishes. Delicious. Room was lovely. Everything we needed. Fab large shower. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast arrived by the very helpful and courteous Maria the next morning. Again, delicious. Would recommend and would definitely stay there again.

On arrival the greeting and information imparted was warm and just what was required. A meal was offered and gratefully booked. The room was clean, fresh and welcoming. I had two meals, dinner and breakfast. Both were freshly prepared and well presented. The evening meal, a chicken curry, was delicious and I heartily recommend it. I do not often have the need of a hotel in the Birmingham area, i know where I am going to stay next time.

Ali bad attitude and cannot take criticism stayed there for a few months spent thousands. Maria brilliant! Really sad reached out and just got negative comments when I wanted and did promote them. They just seem interested in the new hotel and not customers who made them.

M5 stopover
Pleasant stopover off M5. Staff excellent and food good but restaurant overpriced.
Limited on road parking.

Gorgeous hotel.
Can’t fault the service, can’t remember the ladies name on desk but she was so attentive.. really friendly hotel. Cannot fault and would stay again without a doubt.

Fabulous hotel - excellent front of house - Maria, beautiful spotlessly clean rooms, excellent amenities- hair dryer/iron, tea/coffee. Amazingly comfortable bed. It’s a small hotel with a small dining area/bar- but good location. The breakfast was superb and the cappuccino the best I’ve ever had!
