Fine hotel but a bit old I think this hotel is fair in always you should book

Do NOT book this hotel ! We had over 20 rooms booked end of June 2025 for my daughter’s wedding . These owners do not care about anyone but themselves. My daughter and her husband showed up to check in for the honeymoon suite they booked 1 year in advance only to be told on check in the owners of the hotel stole their room !!!! They were not given any prior notice , no offer of restitution- not that they could possibly make up for taking this moment from them . ; no apologies : downgraded to regular room; and as if all this was not bad enough they charged them for the 2 nights stay ! I personally reached out to the owners who never responded or offered any apologies or explanation. Not sure what kind of a business they are running but totally unacceptable!! In addition to this awful service a huge list of other complaints from our guests List of complaints with Inn on prince -Breakfast not stocked with food, utensils or basic condiments (wait time for bread, pancakes, utensils and salt) -Rooms were dirty and smelled musty. Some were not cleaned in time for check in.Many guests had to change rooms after being assigned a room by the front desk. -Rooms had visible wear and tear. Rips in the carpet, stained sheets and showers. -Rooms with ripped carpets were given to elderly guests, presenting a serious tripping hazard as if there was nothing wrong -Broken gym equipment (a machine was stuck on a certain weight) -Honeymoon suite was taken from the bride and assigned to owner without explanation, apologies or prior warning leaving people to get ready in their own rooms. -No standard of quality was applied across various rooms. Some guests had all the issues above, one or two of the issues, etc. -No communication or advance warning for any of these problems (and there were many). -While I can understand a hotel being overcapacity and using every room, there was never any communication or willingness to make right any of these problems -People who complained had their issues addressed (eventually) but others who had issues on check in but did not say anything about them were left in bad rooms without any recompense. -Wifi was unreliable and unresponsive -Are they unaware of the state of these rooms or wilfully ignorant?
