Ok, I was prepared for a university hostel. However, I was horrified by the extremely bad circumstances in this location. I suggest the managing director of this university to stay himself a night there. This is not a situation a student should face today any more.

Simple, Basic, Clean - No Frills
Basic, simple, clean rooms with coed washrooms and showers. All could use an upgrade with a bit of fresh paint and some modernization (especially the showers)

I recommend it.
I came expecting to stay a week and ended up staying six weeks. It had all the basics, was clean and quiet and is nicely located.
The staff were all very friendly and helpful.
