Một nơi thật tuyệt vời . không khí trong lành . không gian thoáng mát .sang thức dậy với gió mùa thu rất chill... nhà hàng với nhiều món ăn đa dạng .nhân viên nhiệt tình và rất chu đáo.đac biêt là có bạn Nghĩa bạn rất nhanh nhẹn. Yêu nơi đây rất nhiều . sẽ giới thiệu bạn bè về nơi đây

Very friendly staff, and an excellent location for bike riding. The room was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay very much. We also went on a tour with Alex, who made the day a lot of fun and told great stories about the area and the history.

Die Zimmer sind sauber und gut ausgestattet für ein Dorf und der Pool ist ebenfalls in Ordnung. Man kann sich außerdem die Fahrräder kostenlos ausleihen, was wir sehr gut fanden und genutzt haben. Das Essen war lecker und günstig. Vor allem die Getränke (in unserem Fall: der Mango-Smootie und der Passion-Fruit Saft war sehr lecker und frisch). Die Umgebung ist insgesamt sehr schön und der Ort ist empfehlenswert. Die Angestellten sind ebenfalls sehr nett und versuchen so viel wie möglich zu verstehen, wenn wir was auf Englisch sagen.

Đây là lần đầu tiên tôi đến với Tràng An hôm nay tôi có ở khách sạn này tôi cảm thấy rất là thoải mái một cảm giác thật là bình yên. Phong cảnh ở đây thật đẹp, các bạn nhân viên ở đây rất là nhiệt tình và chu đáo. Nếu có dịp quay trở lại tôi sẽ vẫn chọn khách sạn này để có một kỳ nghỉ dưỡng thật tuyệt vời cảm ơn các bạn

Serene place to stay! This was part of our 2D1N trip in Ninh Binh package and loved the stay. Overall experience was great and Thuy was an amazing host who helped us with our food and ensured we were comfortable during our stay! Food options were decent, could have been more but it was manageable.

Amazing service by Thuy! She made sure we had a comfortable stay! The tour guide, Alex was also very helpful. I'd definitely recommend these guys to explore north Vietnam. Thuy quickly whipped up a portion of chicken for my friend who doesn't eat pork. Thuy deserves a raise!

Awesome place, thuy was very helpful and took care of our baby while we ate. I would recommend everyone to visit this beautiful place. Right next to mountains and beautiful scenery just want to sit there and relax or take a bike ride through the mountains trails

Our 2 night stay at Trang An Heritage Garden was part of a 2 day trip with Heritage travel. We stayed in room 103 which was air con and fan and a nice room. When we arrived at the hotel after our tour activities the staff were very friendly and helpful. The food for our breakfast and evening meal was excellent. I would highly recommend this hotel.
