El personal de recepción es súper amable y el hotel está en un antiguo palacio en pleno centro histórico de Trujillo. Las habitaciones ya van necesitando una puesta al día, ya que no cumplen el estándar esperado en un 4 estrellas.

Cafe da manhã excelente. Quartos precisam de manutenção, papel de parede manchado, descolando, piso desgastado ente outros. Localizaçao excelente.

El hotel es precioso, apenas a unos pocos pasos de la Plaza Mayor del pueblo.
El servicio muy atento, especialmente el encargado del desayuno que me pareció sumamente cordial y pendiente de cada detalle.
Sólo encontré un inconveniente que fue la circulación por las calles del pueblo con una furgoneta grande y poder aparcar, cosa que se me hizo bastante difícil.
Repetiremos, pero llevaremos un coche pequeño.

Reserve 3 habitaciones para un viaje familiar.Volvíamos de pasar tres días maravillosos en el hotel Eurostar Las Claras( de diez), y con toda la ilusión al ser un hotel de la misma cadena y además, un palacio. Decepcionante,experiencia totalmente decepcionante. Las tres habitaciones eran muy pequeñas, una de ellas con una ventana que era, según mi cuñado “un palomar”.La cama era una de matrimonio normal y colchón normalizo..nada que ver con lo que reserve.( las toallas raquíticas de 100.000 lavados) Mi cuñada fue a recepción a protestar y le dijeron que las habitaciones eran standard, y que unas mejores eran superiores y tenían otro precio súperior, también. Pues bien, esto es lo que dice la página wed, corto y pego: Habitación doble con cama de matrimonio: Descripción Nuestras habitaciones dobles con cama de matrimonio (queen) son amplias y elegantes, que combinan a la perfección modernidad e historia en su decoración. Cuentan con conexión Wi-Fi a internet, aire acondicionado, caja de seguridad y TV vía satélite, entre otros servicios. Además, muchas de nuestras habitaciones tienen vistas a la plaza. Pues no tiene nada que ver con las que nos dieron….o por lo menos nos podían haber ofrecido ( hubiéramos pagado) las superiores. Fue muy decepcionante. El desayuno y la atención del personal, excelente, pero las habitaciones no se corresponden con lo que ofrecen ni con un hotel ni de 4 , ni de 3.

Excelente elección hotelera en pleno centro de Trujillo. El hotel parece un Parador Nacional. Habitación muy confortable, cama de matrimonio cómoda (aunque hubiera preferido una sola y no dos unidas), cuarto de baño perfecto y todo muy limpio. La tv tenía pocos canales (no tenía ni RTVE) y además no pudimos ver algunas películas que llevábamos en un pendrive, pero bueno uno no va Trujillo a ver la TV. Desayuno buffet abundante y con productos de calidad. Personal muy amable y atento. Calidad de sueño garantizada, pues tan solo se oía el crotorar de las cigüeñas ya de mañana que resultaba de lo más agradable.

Hotel en el centro de la ciudad, con vistas a la plaza mayor.
Habitacion muy amplia, disponía de un pequeño sofá y dos butacas, además de una mesa de escritorio.
El baño muy amplio, con ducha y bañera.
La pega que ví en la habitación es que no había enchufes en la mesita de noche.
No opté por la opción de desayuno
