Amazing experience the staff were very nice and the service and ambience impressive

I booked this hotel for my friend's trip to Grenada and she was in love. In fact, she never left the hotel for the entire time. Everything was amazing according to her.

The location is wonderful, the pools are beautiful, the sea is perfect and the staff were amazing. The hotel itself is very dated. When I arrived the room has a lot of sand on the door, there were cigarette butts outside the room (ocean side), the amenities were not great and lacking. I had purchased Diamond Club and had access to the restaurants but the food is made by the same kitchens that provide food to the buffets. They kind of sell it as something it’s not. The Diamond club breakfast room is so hot, for some reason there was no aircon in there. It was very odd. The hotel was full and the pool bars shut at 6pm. They should’ve stayed open for longer. The cocktails were so great! I think the worst thing was that we had no curtains for the whole time we were there. It was so disappointing, hire abs bright! I think the rooms need some updating.

My family and I had a great time the staff was great. The food and service was good. The Vibes team kept us entertained. All of the staff were friendly and helpful

My significant other and I recently stayed here for a week in a diamond club beach walkout room with a king size bed. We found the accommodations fantastic, the beach was beautiful, the pools were amazing. However, what was really lacking was the food quality and the service from ancillary staff. Our first night we ate at Grazie, which is the Italian Restaurant at the resort. Initially the hostess was rude to us, and then it took a solid twenty minutes after being seated to get a waitress back to take our drink orders. We ordered an appetizer and it turned out to be just normal frozen mozzarella sticks. We might as well have booked a vacation at an Applebee's, the food would've been better. This set the tone for the food service for the rest of the vacation. I don't think we were impressed or satisfied with a single meal this entire trip. Food was either cold, overally salted, took to long to come out, or was just entirely not what we ordered. I would not recommend this resort purely based upon the food quality. However, what was fantastic were our butler's, Al Brad & Shaquille. They made this stay fantastic despite the food. They went above and beyond and I highly recommend getting butler service here.
