Sandals Grenada All Inclusive - Couples Only

Had a great stay at Sandals Grenada, there was a few issues with our room to begin with, but their guest service team helped us in finding another room on the resort. The 10 restaurants and entertainment each evening was wonderful. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

I’m sorry for this delayed review… This was our first trip to Grenada and sandals did not disappoint! First and most important- our butlers were exceptional! Alex, Antonio, and Mikail. They left us wanting for nothing and took such great care of us! We will absolutely be going back year after year as this is our new favorite place! We were spoiled by our butlers and can’t wait to go back!

We had an absolutely amazing stay at Sandals Grenada while we were there in June. The staff was incredible - so friendly and accommodating. The hotel grounds were impeccably well maintained and we can't wait to go back next summer!

Amazing trip! Mario and Terrell took EXCELLENT care of us at the swim up bar!! Make sure to present any credits/coupons to the spa at the time of service or they will not honor it.

We are scuba divers, and this is a shout-out to the Sandals Grenada Dive Team. Grenada is a great place to dive -- vibrant reefs, plenty of marine life and fascinating wrecks. The Sandals Grenada Dive Team makes it all even better. We felt very well taken care of on each and every dive. The team, appropriately, puts safety as a #1 priority, but they also have wonderful personalities and make everything fun. I won't remember all the names (or spell them correctly) but here goes: its starts with the department Manager Curtis Bailey. His leadership, hospitality and customer-facing attitude sets an example for the whole team. We contacted him personally before our stay and he assured us of many things, and on-site he made it all great. We worked on PADI Wreck Diver certification, and Curtis facilitated that and organized some dives for us which were some of our best dives ever. Our wreck dive instructor was Shimere Green. He's a fine instructor and like all of these guys is a lot of fun to dive with. We enjoyed getting to know him. He was also patient in helping us with our log books. Zade was with us a lot and he helped me see lots of cool stuff underwater. Another great guy. We didn't get to dive much this trip with Prince (the self-appointed "Best Diver in Grenada") but he too is excellent in every way. Other dive staff are also top-notch and I apologize for any names I'm forgetting or getting wrong: Cleveland, Marcus, Adrian and others. Our boat captain was usually Sean and he is fantastic. He gives a very fine boat safety speech (which I now know mostly by heart) and he is a skilled boat captain and another wonderful friendly guy. We also took a tour (sight-seeing) boat ride with Sean and his knowledge and pride were truly evident. We also had a couple of dives with Captain Randall and I wish we had gotten to know him better. Excellent fellow. Several other fellows served as boat mates and I appreciated their contributions and TLC and regret not remembering their names. Finally, the women in the dive shop (Anne-Marie in particular) are friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and generally a pleasure to deal with. The boat shop itself has very nice merchandise. There is a large-ish dive boat (Astonia) and a small dive boat (Pearl, I think) and they are both excellent boats, kept very clean and well maintained. We loved the resort and I don't have anything bad to say about it -- I will say that I hardly met any staff, in any position-who weren't uniformly hospitable, kind, friendly and helpful. I think the Grenadan people are generally like that and the Sandals organization must get the cream of the hospitality industry. All in all, if you are a diver and you like all-inclusive, I highly recommend Sandals Grenada. I can't wait to go back.

We were blown away by this location. First of this is my new favorite country to visit in the Caribbean. So beautiful, weather was amazing, and the people are the friendliest. The resort is smaller but well laid out with everything a short walk away yet offering enough to keep you entertained. All of the food was amazing. The entertainment was great and so was the service. We quickly realized why so many other Sandals fans say Grenada is their favorite. Take advantage of the free boat tour, snorkeling tour, and snorkeling from the shore that they offer. We also did a couple massage at the spa which was very relaxing. For tours the river tubing and sulfur pond was amazing. Great way to see the island in an open air truck, hit the rainforest, tube down some mild rapids, soak in a local natural sulfur pond, and experience some local food. Most of this tour was in less visited areas so you get a real experience. We also did the 1/2 day historical tour taking you to Ft. Frederick, the spice factory to try the flavors of the island, downtown St. George to see the capital and shop and tasting at a rum distillery. The views from everywhere on the resort are incredible. We fell in love with this resort and will be coming back. Our Butlers Don, Leanna, and Samuel made every moment special. Franklin the personal trainer does some awesome classes pool side that are fun and keep you active (still with drink in hand). Kenisha in the salon took care of my wife’s nails for free when she had a couple come off during the trip even though they weren’t done there. Viola in Columbian Emeralds was great showing us things and wasn’t pushy to buy just loved to show us what they offer. Michael at Kimonos was an amazing chef. He said he’s only been doing this for 4 months but that must be island time cause he put on a great show. So many of the managers stopped to say hi every day and make sure our trip was nothing short of spectacular. I wish I could remember everyone’s name usually it’s easier but when literally everyone you come in contact with makes your day it’s hard to track them all.
