The ski resort was a great experience. Although it's a bit far from the summer attractions, it's still perfect for a vacation.

The room was spacious and had two sofa beds. The kitchen was fully equipped, allowing for homemade meals and desserts. The cable car stop was right next to the front desk, so when it was crowded, you could get on first, which was very convenient.

Staff at front desk is incredibly rude and unhelpful. Can’t be bothered to help guests even when no one else is in the lobby. Recommend avoiding this hotel unless there are no other options nearby. Location is great but needs new management.

One of the best hotel rooms in my life.
This one of the best hotel rooms I've ever stayed at. The decorating was just our style, the bed very comfortable, the bathroom perfect for our needs. If we'd stayed longer, we'd have definitely used the kitchen for a meal or two.

Nice property. Checkin is a little tricky finding where you need to be. Room was nice make up mirror needed a bulb and blow dryer died on me. Staff brought me a replacement. Overall great stay

The property was beautiful. The rooms were big and gorgeous. The area was about 10 minutes to stores. We didnt like that there was nothing open in the village except a pizza joint that sold 37 buck large pizzas. That was ridiculous. Also, the instructions said check in at a different location but when we did they sent us back over to the hotel to check in. They had horrible instructions how to get to the check in desk because you park in a parking garage with several different hotels. We walked around not knowing how to get to the check in. Once i finally found out, i went back to the car only to see another couple not knowing where to go as well and i helped them.
