The restoration of this former property of the Knights of Malta was entrusted to the Compagnons du Devoir which has restored this medieval house to its former glory. The bedrooms feature Chassagne stone floors or hexagonal-floor tiles and splendid timber framing. The decoration is a contemporary take on the original 17th century design with its reworked panelling and tinted beams. This journey back in time continues all the way to the hotels comfortable beds Decorated with crimson curtains the restaurant is renowned for its organic cuisine. A swimming pool has recently been built in the garden.
