wij waren hier twee nachten, goed hotel voor een citytrip. op loopafstand van het oude centrum van Troyes, restaurants in de buurt. goede parkeergelegenheid naast het hotel. ruime kamers, goede badkamers, modern en schoon. goed ontbijt, ruime keuze. vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel.

Petit dejeuner à déconseiller, depuis 4 ans toujours aussi catastrophique pas assez de pain, croissants non cuits,réapprovisionnement tardif pas de théières aux normes! Changer de directeur est la solution pour Accor ! Le personnel et les chambres sont eux au top, mais pas l organisation pour 22 euros le petit-déjeuner!

Hotel ligt op wandelafstand van het centrum wat handig is gezien het geen restaurant heeft. Parking 14€. Ontbijt is goed, opstelling is onhandig, rond de bar dus niet overzichtelijk. Kamer was ruim, badkamer in orde Ik vond de geluidsisolatie naar buiten toe onvoldoende, houten, oude ramen, afdichtingen niet meer ok. We hadden een kamer met zicht op de patio, in de zomer zal dat voor overlast zorgen vrees ik door de slechte isolatie.

Une atmosphère sereine, du confort, un décor accueil, salle de petit déjeuner dans les beiges et grèges, voilà pour l’ambiance générale et si comme nous vous avez été séduit par la gentillesse du personnel avec une mention particulière pour William, remarquable de gentillesse et de compétence vous serez séduit par ce Mercure Centre et vous aurez envie d’y retourner et bien évidemment pour vous imprégniez de cette ville attachante qu’est Troyes au patrimoine médiéval très dense et pour la Cité du Vitrail.

Our second visit to Troyes and our second stay at the Mercure. A one night stopover on our drive through France to the UK after a trip to Spain. The hotel carpark is easily accessible and had ample space on this visit and an earlier one in May. The hotel is modern and well appointed and our Privilege room was very comfortable with a small terrace overlooking the street. We didn’t eat in the restaurant but the city centre is only a short walk away where there are plenty of restaurants and bars. As an Accor Silver points member I qualify for complimentary drink, in most Accor hotels this privilege has always been extended to my sweetheart Michelle - on this occasion there was only one drink per room permitted - a little bit disappointing but it didn’t diminish our overall satisfaction too much. Hope to visit again in 2025.
