On nous relance pour un bon cadeau , une fois la reservation faite et à notre arrivee on nous refuse absolument tout et on nous demande de tout payer . Je n’ai jamais vu ce type d’accueil d’ailleurs deplorable. Je ne recommande pas du tout cet etablissement

TV did not work, no way to stream netflix. Made excuses why it's not working. Couldn't get us into the small spa when needed. Waited ages in bar for a cocktail. Gave a poor list of restaurants, I picked BAM after a cursory online search but also relying on hotel recommendation. Stale food served. Spoiled our visit to Troyes.

Wonderful stay at this relatively new hotel in the often overlooked and adorable town of Troyes. The lobby is beautiful and the art daring. The rooms were really comfortable and the bed was great. Everything is walkable from here. Vincent is the best !
