The room was quite large, but there was no breakfast, or perhaps the cold set menu was unavailable.
The hotel was undergoing renovations, and they started banging on the walls at 8 a.m., preventing me from getting some rest. It was quite uncomfortable for jet-lagged travelers.

Bed is FULL OF HAIR. The bed is dirty. Hair was also on a towel in the bathroom. The price should be MUCH LESS than what I paid. Also, 1 water, 1 soda, and ice cream from the lobby were $17! RIP OFF! Go somewhere else. Still under construction which is OK, but the filth is gross.

Do not stay here. This building is an active construction site. It’s filthy. If you have fond memories of this place when it was the Drury Inn, forget all that. No food. No drinks. No pool. Dirt everywhere. Construction materials piled in the hallway. The lobby is stacked with boxes of hotel supplies. They are just trying to take the money of unsuspecting people traveling. Their little banner announcement at the top of their website does not adequately prepare you for just what a dump it has become. You’ve been warned.

Please provide a refund
Please reach out to me…I did not stay at this location. I was under remodel and t paid 45 dollars upfront for breakfast and upon check was notified it was a grab and go. Will you please provide a refund?
