When I come for business to Detroit, I always choose Embassy suites Troy Auburn Hills. I love how friendly they are and it’s a home away from home. I’ve been here six times the last few months and I feel like I’m Norm from Cheers because they literally know my name. . Cindy, who used to be at the front and now is in the back because of a promotion is the best. She is always friendly and helpful. I can walk up during the cocktail reception and Golam and Azizur will not only call my son and I by name but literally have my favorite drink waiting for me. They always know to make my eight-year-old a Shirley Temple. .. Ray is the omelette chef at breakfast will not see me for weeks, but the minute I walk up he knows exactly the omelette I always order!! He’s amazing. I STAY HERE because of them. Their professionalism, friendliness and their hard-working attitude is something to be commended.

I’ve been coming here for over a year now and always have a great experience. The breakfast is the best, and I really enjoy the adult swim hour. it’s such a nice touch. Youstina at the front desk is always welcoming me with her smile and my kids love her. She makes every stay even better. We also really love the cocktail hour. Definitely me and my families go-to spot!

Larry at the front desk was the best. Very funny, very hospitable. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. The omelette maker did a great job as well and was very friendly.

I stayed here for work and checked in on Sunday. Youstina at the front desk was amazing. super friendly, helpful, and made the whole check-in so easy. She really made me feel welcome. Great hotel and even better service!

I came here with my husband and we had such a fun time! Youstina at the front desk was wonderful, she walked me through everything, answered all my questions, and gave us great recommendations for restaurants and things to do nearby. She really made our stay easy and enjoyable. Highly recommend this hotel!

This has been a great place to stay for our work training trip. Larry at the front desk was very cheery and efficient getting us checked in, which I found extra impressive given it was fairly late on Labor Day evening when we arrived. He was again friendly and helpful this evening, that was much appreciated after our long day. We found the suites to be spacious and very clean. I was especially happy with my comfortable bed - traveling for work a great deal, I find this is often not the case. We will be requesting our company has us stay here again for future classes.
