Manager, Candace Kyler, refused to accommodate our family after the hotel gave away the rooms held for us. The property was run down and the pool does not exist as advertised. 0/10 highly do not recommend.

We were very pleased with our clean room, the bed was super comfy, the room was large and everything worked fine, the air was great too, and the front desk staff were extra nice.

I was looking for reasonable priced hotel in Troy . I looked at a Quality Inn and the Econo Lodge. The Econo Lodge had better reviews than higher priced Quality Inn. Room was clean and quiet. Staff was friendly. I would highly recommend this motel.

Just overnight stay, check in was smooth desk girl (sorry didnt get her name) was extremely nice. Room very musky smelling but will do for overnight

Thought from other reviews it would be decent. Wrong. Maybe there are better rooms than ours. Microwave was missing handles broke on drawers floor could use a good mopping. All around not a good choice. Will definitely choice somewhere else while traveling thru Troy. And I'm not overly picky just require cleanliness

No drain plugs for tub or sink, 50-year old frig that hasn’t been defrosted in the last 10 years, smoke detector uninstalled, mattress has no support and tiny pillows, breakfast is cellophane-wrapped muffins and coffee with no lids for the small cups. Never thought I’d complain about a TP holder, but this one looked absolutely scary. Could not bring myself to shower in this place, and we left an hour earlier than planned.

I didn't go to the Econo Lodge in Troy I stayed in the Red Roof Inn in Dothan Alabama cause most of the parties were in Dothan for my Fraternities 50th anniversary. But I did go to Troy Saturday morning to see the new fraternity house. And also, the old fraternity house which I stayed in while going to Troy University.

Room is clean and check in was good but bathroom door stuck and took 5 minutes to get out. Husband had to fix the toilet to flush. Also the pool in the pictures online is filled in with sod and grass. There a large hole in the room that I assume use to be for a mini fridge.
