Requested a downstairs accessible room and it wasn't ready when we arrived. Elevator stopped working the next morning and we were afraid we'd miss our appointment waiting on the repair. Missed breakfast since we couldn't get my husband downstairs in his chair and there was no emergency exit plan by the hotel staff for persons in wheelchairs.

The Hampton in Troy did not live up to the Hilton expectation. I stayed three days and asked three times about the tub/shower drain. I was standing in several inches of water while showering. In addition, the closet doors in two room sweet were broken. The linen shelves by the lavatory were coming off the wall. Also, the toilet tissue holder had come out of the wall.

The room was fine. The head management is a joke. Katie at the front desk was a life saver! If she’s checking you in, you’re in good hands!

We booked a suite there a king room, and the lady flat out lied to us on what room she gave us even though we told her we had five adults she gave us rooms that would only sleep four (2 kings). She then smarted off when I said do not charge me in the night audit and she said good luck with that. The elevator is broken and so we went across the street to Home to suites which was great. Evidently this Hamptons elevator is broken all the time and if you look at the breakfast area, their furniture is horrid.

Booked a king and upon arrival told none available but parking lot was half empty. Asked for top floor, received 1st floor. Door on cabinet to frig hanging half off. Both queen bed creaked everytime someone moved. Won't stay again!

Having owned 3 businesses in my lifetime I am careful not to slam another business, but I just had to be honest with myself and voice my opinion. I cannot believe that Hilton would associate its name with this pig stye. Nasty. Staff is indifferent. Price was absurd. (Due to an event at Troy University...the clerk told us). What?? Never again.

The room was never cleaned or the trash taken out, and when I asked for extra towels and blankets I was told to come and get them, when I arrived I asked for a late checkout and was told I could checkout at 4:30pm, when I looked into it later I was told checkout had to be by 1:00pm or get charged for an extra night, I booked 3 nights and only stayed 2, I am owed $236.54 back of the $709.62 I paid !
