Great location. 2 issues summer time and pool closed without any notifications when booking. It just needed cleaning. 2nd breakfast was a sad site, not worth it no creamer at coffee bar 24 hours a day.

Nice facility, staff needs training
The staff in all of your hotels that we have stayed in need training in how to be proactive and maintain a consistent positive disposition. They wait and don’t seem to want to step out and help. We prefer Courtyards because they have a bar and food although they are not nearly as good a shape as Hiltons. Also, their staff is more interactive and helpful.

Our Check-in was easy. The room was clean. Only small complaint was there were only 3 pillows on the bed for 2 people. AC was cold.. It was a great stay for a quick trip down to Troy to move our daughter. This is a great addition to the Troy area for hotels.

Pool closed
Pool was closed when we specifically went there for the pool. There was nothing saying it was closed online when I booked .

I booked for one night, and called the front desk at 10 am the next morning to extend my stay for one more night. The front desk told me that this was fine, and they had updated the system. I ran errands, and when I returned, ALL OF MY BELONGINGS were GONE. I called the front desk and was asked to come downstairs, to find out that housekeeping had THROWN ALL OF MY BELONGINGS AWAY. They threw away all of my toiletries and some clothing. Fortunately, I had a WalMart receipt for most of the toiletries, and some of the clothing. They credited my 2nd night stay for the amount on my receipt. I had to go back to Walmart to purchase the same items again. I later discovered that I had 2 pair of prescription glasses and a phone charger in my belongings that were also thrown in the trash. This put me out another $500.00, which I will never be reimbursed for.

My stay was really nice and comfortable but the first day I checked in the room wasn't ready and when I checked out the cart to carry my clothes wasn't available because the guests had them in their room and the breakfast was good I would definitely stay at this hotel again plus they get a bonus because Publix grocery store is literally right next door

Great place to stay
Fairly new hotel location near Troy University, Publix and more which is excellent so I don’t need to drive too far. The staff are friendly. Enjoyed the stay.
