Bon hôtel dans l’ensemble
Chambre à mi étage, ascenseur qui vous monte à un étage, et vous devez descendre puis remonter des escaliers, pas larges et lumières pas évidentes à repérer. Douche difficile d accès.

Stayed 2 nights in June 2024 on vacation. A beautiful hotel in classical style at a great location. Short walk to the Trouville beach. A bit long walk to Deauville (esp. the beach!) so perhaps consider bus/taxi if going there. Had a gorgeous and spacious room in an immaculate condition. Friendly and courteous service. A lot of dining and drinking options within walking distance. Had one dinner in the hotel restaurant and can definitely recommend! Parking available at additional fee on a secured courtyard (at a different address few blocks away: pretty narrow streets to navigate but worked out fine). Would most certainly stay again!

Confortable stay
Lovely room on the 4th floor. Nicely decorated & it made the most of the small space. Only issue was that it involved a few stairs which wouldn't be great if you had a lot of luggage. Also the room key was on a large huge & heav keyring so I took it off. Breakfast was good but the restaurant was mainly fish so I didn't eat there.

Great location, sadly spoilt with the extensive rework of the complete vicinity, hence difficult parking. Will look wonderful no doubt, but when?
Dining room and menu very good at reasonable prices.
Bedroom and bathroom adequate but not special.

La chambre est impeccable. Cependant, le problème majeur est le bruit ambiant. Le restaurant au rez-de-chaussée gère un vacarme ambiant. La rue piétonne est bruyante. Le déjeuner est correct. Le rapport qualité-prix me semble déséquilibré

Après un quiproquo sur le prix de la chambre, sans doute dû à une mauvaise communication au moment de la réservation, impossible de joindre la réception après 20h. Le ventilateur de notre chambre étant en panne, il y faisait une chaleur étouffante, les travaux côté rue ont démarré très tôt ce matin, nous avons vraiment très mal et peu dormi. Réaction de la réception ce matin : « ben, la chaleur, nous n’y pouvons rien. Je vais en parler à la direction. » Marie-Laure et ses anciens propriétaires nous manquent :) Le Central a décidément bien changé.
