酒店距多維爾火車站不算很遠，但離特魯維爾海灘木棧道蠻近。但是這家美居實在不敢恭維。因法國鐵路罷工，先前的預訂也早作了調整。但該酒店的不仔細看郵件，一直認為預訂巳取消。經再三提醒後方才查詢郵件。然後因房間事先未準備，或可能還去查賬巳付的錢到賬否，足足讓我們站着等了半小時之久。接着預訂的雙床間暫時沒有，可能還要重新調整，屈就同意大床也行，但要求先看房。員工隨意帶去了一間房，一看竟是殘疾人房，拒絕後再調整標準大床房。房間裏有異味，窗外對着垃圾桶，盤踞在房間裏的蒼蠅轟也轟不走。難以相信竟還是美居…幸虧衹呆一晚…如前往多維爾、特魯維爾，還是早點預訂多維爾的美居…

We had a very pleasant stay at the Mercure Trouville. The front desk staff was friendly and the check-in process was quick. The rooms are spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and complete facilities. The breakfast provided by the hotel is varied and delicious. In addition, the hotel has a great location and the surrounding facilities are very convenient. Walking distance to the beach and downtown with a variety of restaurants and shopping options nearby. Conveniently located near public transportation, it is easy to visit surrounding attractions. The only minor quibble was the Wi-Fi connection was a little slow at times. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay at Mercure Trouville and would highly recommend it to other travelers.

We had our wedding here and it was amazing. The owner, Xavier, was very responsive and answered all of our questions quickly. He also worked with our vendors as needed so they had the information they needed to do a great job for our special event. The rooms are spacious, and every room in the chateau has a beautiful ocean view.

Chambre et literie très bien très bon accueil nous sommes arrivés sous un orage et on nous a donné une serviette pour notre chien . Très bon petit déjeuner petit bémol pas de boissons chaudes cause panne de courant (orage) .je recommande cet établissement bien situé .personnel très sympathique

Très bon accueil. Personnel très sympa. Hôtel très bien placé avec vu mer pal mal de restaurants à côté. La chambre est spacieuse. On s y s en bien. Possibilité de prendre petit déjeuner hors buffet. Suffisant quand on ne mange pas trop le matin.
