We have stayed with my husband for one night. The room is really basic, lacking any nice touch and amenities, there is actually nothing there. The paper cups in the bathroom , plastic flower, hairdryer is attached to the wall like in the 90s.
More cons: the room isolation is really bad, you can hear someone is going to the toilet next to you :))

Un hôtel familial idéalement situé pour les escapades sur la côte normande. On s’y sent comme chez soi, avec une équipe hyper attentive et disponible. En plein cœur de Trouville, vous adorerez la proximité avec la plage, les planches, les commerces vivants et les bons restaurants typiques. L’hôtel sert un petit-déjeuner composé de produits normands locaux qui nous régale à chaque visite. Venez-y avec votre animal de compagnie, et ça deviendra votre point de chute régulier !

La découverte de cet hôtel a été une très heureuse surprise. Parfaitement au calme bien qu’en plein centre, il est très facile d’accès et bénéficie du parking du ******, tout près. L’accueil que nous avons reçu et tout au long de notre court séjour, a été souriant, chaleureux et efficace. Notre chambre était spacieuse, décorée avec goût, baignée de lumière et parfaitement chauffée pour la fraicheur persistant encore en ce mois de Mars. La salle de bains était splendide, très bien éclairée et également superbement chauffée: un vrai plaisir! Le petit déjeuner cosy rassemblait un grand choix de tentations et les produits proposés venaient de fournisseurs locaux. Nous reviendrons avec un grand plaisir frapper à la porte du Fer à Cheval à la première nouvelle occasion !

Personnel très agréable; hôtel indépendant très bien tenu, très calme. parfait pour un séjour agréable à Trouville. Nous étions en thalasso à Deauville. Impeccable. très bien situé. Possibilité de louer une place au parking du ****** par le biais de l'hôtel.

Nous nous sommes rendus au fer à cheval avec ma femme autour du 15 mars 2024. La pire expérience de ma vie. Après avoir attendu 30 minutes pour nous faire accueillir le réceptionniste de garde descend en furie en nous faisant part de son mécontentement car il était entrain de nettoyer du vomi d’un enfant dans une chambre. Après nous avoir donné les clefs , nous découvrons la chambre tout seuls. Une chambre horrible, désuète vieillotte avec un petit lit qui n’était PAS CONFORME AUX PHOTOS. Bref si vous voulez déprimer , réservez la ! La propriétaire, cumulant les mauvais avis à également EFFACÉ Sa précédente Page trip advisor pour en créer une autre , qui sélectionne les bons avis . Cet hôtel est une arnaque ! A fuir. Des hôtels à côtés comme les deux villas sont BEAUCOUP MIEUX pour le même prix / moins cher et meilleures prestations.
