Hôtel est malheureusement dégradé en 2-3 ans . Sonorisation catastrophique entre les voisins, les portes claqué en force 1000. Les chambres usées déjà.

Très bon séjour, tout était parfait, le personnel était très accueillant et disponible. La localisation est un gros point fort de l’hôtel, situé à quelques minutes du centre ville de Trouville et de Deauville
Le seul petit bémol l’insonorisation
Nous recommandons l’hôtel !

BEWARE the car park system ! I arrived at the formidable entry barrier to be debarred from proceeding because ‘ the car park is full ‘ even though a number of empty spaces were visible. Street parking in this area is akin to a war game, but eventually I found a postage stamp slot for my cherished DB9. After trudging back with suitcase, etc, and complaining at reception, a slot was finally found at the back of the hotel normally used for deliveries - I felt nervous using it, but anything was better than a torn-off wing mirror ! Having been then told that a car park space could only be reserved after one had checked in, I then waited some time to suggest to the Manager that a better system would be to reserve a spot when booking the room … at least one would know in advance whether or no a slot was available. This constructive suggestion appeared to fall on deaf ears.

Hôtel bien placé à Trouville. chambres supérieures confortables. Petit déjeuner copieux. Personnel très agréable. Depuis cette année le parking est devenu privé avec une barrière pour y accéder et c’est mieux ainsi ce qui évite le stationnement sauvage. Des climatisations sont en cours d’installation. Bonne adresse.

Accueil convivial, propreté des lieux, espace détente très bien avec piscine, spa et hammam. Excellent petit déjeuner! Pour un hôtel 4*, les chambres mériteraient d'avoir la climatisation et un petit frigo et plus de douches dans l'espace détente car une seule douche. Prévoir également plus de portes manteaux dans cet espace détente pour accrocher les peignoirs. Informer en amont le client de la possibilité de réserver une place de parking. Dernier point de "déception", aucune attention portée (petit mot de la direction ou bouteille de champagne offerte) par la direction de l'hôtel, pour mon anniversaire de mariage malgré l'information donnée par mail à la responsable de l'accueil avant mon arrivée. Ce qui explique la note de 4/5 alors que cet hôtel pourrait atteindre les 5/5 avec les points d'amélioration cités. Pour autant, je recommande cet hôtel bien situé et typique de Trouville/mer.
