Very disappointed with this hotel, the service is poor, unpleasant waiters as well as the receptionist.
The positive point is the beautiful Montchoisy beach, but to get there you have to go through an unmaintained pebble beach with old laundry lying around. The trolley of dirty laundry also for two days next to our room. Cobwebs in the bathroom furniture level, yellow toilet seat, aging bedroom furniture. bird droppings on the sun loungers and terrace the photos on the Site are beautiful but the reality is quite different. very noisy establishment, and nearby hotel which organizes parties so bring earplugs.the menu is not varied and a little expensive.lots of stray dogs who howl to death beach towels not changed in 2 days.we came for our 30th wedding anniversary and anniversary and no wishes.when we shared our comments with them, we only received a sorry...

Helpful staff but they are very busy, room was nice but ant can infest so make sure its cleaned everyday. Modern hotel and infinity pool is amazing, hotel is on the beach and cocktails are nice. Food is average could be better. Parking is rare but a car is needed. Shopping mall and bars/rest 10 min drive away.

Our stay at Mystik Hotel in Mauritius was an absolute nightmare, especially considering we were there on our honeymoon and were expecting something special. Instead, we were welcomed with disappointment after disappointment. To begin with, there was no complimentary water provided – everything had to be paid for, which is ridiculous for a so-called “high-end” hotel. No room service, no luggage service, and no in-room phone to even contact reception. It felt more like a cheap hostel than a hotel. The WhatsApp number they give for assistance? Completely useless. No replies. We were put on the second floor with no lift, despite clearly traveling with six heavy bags including four 23kg suitcases. I had to carry everything myself while staff just stood by. Not once did anyone offer help. As for the room itself, it was crawling with lizards, the AC was way too small and ineffective, and the room remained hot most of the time. No proper cleaning was done during our stay – just a poorly made bed. The bathroom was not cleaned and towels weren’t even replaced. This is basic hotel service and they couldn’t even get that right. We were promised early check-in, but instead had to wait for the room. They even promised breakfast for early checkout – another empty promise. When we did have breakfast, it was a joke. Only one item allowed, no buffet, and terrible quality. Easily the worst hotel breakfast we've had anywhere. Overall, the service was non-existent, the comfort was poor, and it was a huge disappointment for a honeymoon trip. This place is all about the photos and absolutely nothing about service or hospitality. Avoid at all costs. There are far better places in Mauritius that actually care about their guests.

Je séjourne actuellement dans l’hôtel d’à côté et j’avais envie de prendre un verre à proximité. Le bar du Mystik m’a parut être une bonne option et je n’ai pas été déçu. Le barman a été très pro et adorable. Nous avons passé un excellent moment dans un endroit magnifique !!!

Nous avons séjourné 10 jours de rêve à l'hôtel Mystik. Tout le personnel particulièrement les équipes du restaurant ont été adorables. Toujours souriant et aux petits soins pour nous merci Prisca et tout les autres. A chaque déplacement que nous avons effectué les chauffeurs de taxi qui travaillent avec l'hôtel ont été au top.
