DO NOT BOOK HERE!!! We booked (and prepaid!) this B&B several months ago and received several helpful email responses from Edgar regarding our expected stay. The day of our planned arrival, we received the usual welcome-type email. Unfortunately, when we arrived the doors were all locked and no one answered the bell. We called the phone number in the email (sent that very day!) and were questioned as to how we got the number, followed by contradictory information and no assistance. When we then tried calling the main number on the website it was disconnected. After no response on email from the previously friendly “Edgar,” we had to find different lodging. Apparently the owners are booking rooms and stealing the money.

Do not book here. Looks like this place used to be nice, but the owners are going through a divorce and not managing it anymore. The owner is still accepting guests online and collecting money but has left the property and his phone number is disconnected. His ex wife lives on the property but says she's not getting payed so is not managing the bnb anymore, she didn't leave us keys and said the bnb is closed and reservation should have been cancelled, but was not. We had to find another place and could not get a refund.

Wonderful B&B. Our room was large, with sitting area sofa, rocking chair, comfy bed & pillows. Nicely decorated. Breakfasts were tasty. In evening sat out on one of their patios. Short drive to Bryce Canyon.We highly recommend👍🌈🎉

Great B&B
Very nice B&B that's close to Bryce Canyon National Park and within walking distance of restaurants for dinner. We stayed in the "Navajo Loop" room. The room was spacious, clean, and inviting. There was a gourmet breakfast every morning and the coffee was very good.
My only complaint (a minor one) was that were no fans or air conditioning and, even with the window open, it was very warm and stuffy in the room.
We'll stay there again but we'll definitely bring our own portable fan.

Dated.
No contact at check in . No person available to ask a question . Room was clean but very dated .
Sheets were flannel. Pillows were lumpy.
Window in bathroom did not have a window covering.
No fruit at breakfast and no bread item whatsoever.
All was self service . I was told I could get my water from the spicket on the refrigerator.
It was like a hotel room .. no gathering place to chat with other guests.
We have stayed at many BandB’s and this one needs a little more zest.
Owners were delightful people.

Fantastic B&B!
Ed and Lienn are excellent, friendly, efficient hosts. Our room had a very comfortable bed, spectacular sunrise view, and great, soft water pressure in the shower. It was very quiet and secluded, yet only a short 10 minute drive to Bryce Canyon NP. We stayed 3 nights and each and every breakfast was gourmet. We have stayed at many B&Bs across the country, and this one is the best!
