Das Appartement war zweckmäßig, etwas in die Jahre gekommen, allerdings hatten wir Blick zum Meer und der Service war top. Fön war defekt, man brachte sofort einen anderen. Die Mokka war zwar undicht, aber ok - Wasserkocher gab es auf Anforderung. Wenn es regnet, wird leider der Esstisch auf der Terrasse nass, aber trotzdem besticht die Anlage vor allem durch die Top Lage - fußläufig nach Tropea und zum Strand, die Aussicht (mit Sonnenuntergang) und einen gepflegtem Pool. Das Frühstück ist gut und preiswert, Getränke von der Bar ebenso. Gerne wieder.

Siamo stati ospiti della struttura . Vista mozzafiato , camere confortevoli e pulite , staff e proprietari disponibili e cordiali. Piscina immacolata . Posizione strategica a pochi passi dalla spiaggia . Nulla da dire . Tutto perfetto . Ci torneremo sicuramente!

Hotel con vista splendida e situato in zona perfetta. Se si ha un'auto a disposizione si raggiunge facilmente tutto: mare, centro Tropea o la strada statale per andare a fare un giro, se si è a piedi con una passeggiata arrivi al mare o al centro. Il personale è stato molto gentile e mi ha aiutata durante il nostro soggiorno, l'hotel è pulito, le camere sono un po' datate, ma molto accoglienti con una zona esterna coperta fornita di cucina e un piccolo giardino dove potersi rilassare. Letti comodi e piscina TOP. Ho apprezzato il posteggio comodo e gratuito.

Siamo stati nel residence 2 gg. Carina la piscina e le camere un po' datate. La cosa peggiore è l'ospitalità: alla reception c'era una ragazza dai capelli scuri e lunghi poco simpatica e indisponente. Servizio bar carente, il caffe una mezza schifezza, infine, il giorno in cui abbiamo fatto colazione controllavano anche quanta colazione prendevamo. Infatti, non potevamo servirci da soli, ma dovevamo passare dal controllo della barista. Insomma, si pecca sul più bello.

Bella struttura, appartamenti moderni e puliti, colazione discreta,non eccezionale ,bella piscina ,anche se non l'abbiamo potuta utilizzare, per non aver capito che si doveva prenotare in anticipo per l'utilizzo di sera, troppo rigido, secondo me , il regolamento, andiamo alle note dolenti, nulla di che, attenzione.ma sono aspetti che andrebbero migliorati, orario di chiusura bar da posticipare almeno di un ora per permettere ai clienti di poter godere davanti a un aperitivo, il favoloso tramonto, dare informazioni più certe su orari bar, io ho chiesto e mi è stato detto che era sempre aperto, costo colazione indipendente da ciò che si mangia, anche in questa situazione mi è stato detto un costo 5€ e al momento di pagare mi è stato chiesto 7€ perché avevo consumato dolce e salato, e preso tanta roba mah...mi dispiace ma nn si fa così, il prezzo deve essere unico, per colazioni a buffet, a prescindere da ciò che si mangia e da quanto si mangia

This was really Amazing, lovely views,and relaxing.The apartment was good,very clean and comfortable.The staff were nice,kind and friendly.I would recommend this place.Breakfast was great,as they served us gluten free, lactose free, egg free.keep it up.

This was really nice vacation,the apartment was big,and very clean.The Staff were really nice, helpful, friendly and very kind,they made us so welcome.Breakfast was so big and good,they had bread, fruit, cereal,and even for gluten-free person.We were so comfortable,the pool was big and very clean.I will recommend this Agriturismo.It have a lovely view and very quiet.keep up the good work.

We stayed with my partner in this structure in Tropea, located in a strategic place, with a view of the sea and the historic fortress of the city of Tropea which offers an exciting view at any time of the day, particularly at sunsets. Close to the historic center, about 1 km, you can get there on foot in 15/20 minutes; instead 5 minutes to get to the sea. The recently built swimming pool is beautiful and also has a sea view. Staff always ready, kind and helpful. Good breakfast on the panoramic terrace! Highly recommended!

Very nice welcome. The hotel is superbly located with a view of the sea. From the hotel terrace, it is magical for breakfast. The latter was not included, but we had a nice choice of pastries, juice and coffee for a more than affordable price. The room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. A few minutes drive from the center of Tropea and the beaches.
