Our room quality was very poor and tired. A double bed pushed up against a wall so you had to climb over the other person to get out of bed. The single reading light installed by the bed was a cheap clip-on that was badly cabled. Several areas needed repairs and it was dusty. On the plus side breakfast was good and staff were friendly.

Beim Eintritt in das Hotel wird man mit einem muffigem Geruch begrüßt. Alles super altmodisch, kein Ambiente, kein Komfort. Frühstück war super, das war es aber auch schon. Im Bad weder Kosmetikspiegel, noch conditioner, etc. Im Zimmer war der Stuhl durchgesessen, die Schreibtischlampe hatte einen Wackelkontakt, ganz abgesehen von der Größe... Für € 170 mehr als grenzwertig.

-Noisy room, limited sound isolation from the windows, and you could hear other doors slamming, and occupants in neighboring rooms. -lack of cleaning, did not receive any new bedding or towels for three days. No cleaner visited the room during my stay. There was also visible mold in the shower. -outdated and overused interior + great service in the reception when my initial room door was not functioning ant the quality of the breakfast was at a high standard.

El hotel está muy bien ubicado. El desayuno es muy completo y sabroso salvo el café, muy aguado y no hay opciones de café con leche caliente, capuccino o similar. La estancia fue de 4 días. Eramos un grupo. De las diversas habitaciones individuales me tocó una sin armario ni estanterías, sólo dos tristes perchas en la pared. Para una estancia de una noche es suficiente, para varios días toca dejar todo en la maleta. Pedí un cambio de habitación porque me parecía increíble, pero la opción era pasar a otro tipo de habitación pagando un considerable suplemento. Las habitaciones sólo se limpian bajo demanda el día anterior, lo que implica que el mantenimiento de las habitaciones, especialmente el de los baños no acaba de ser el necesario. No necesito que me cambien las toallas ni las sábanas cada día, pero la limpieza de los baños al menos debería ser diaria sin necesidad de pedirlo. Además no ponen buena cara cuando lo pides. La puerta del baño tenía unos chorretones de algún líquido que supongo seguirán por meses allí. Dio toda la impresión de que el personal de habitaciones es muy escaso y hacen lo que pueden en función de las peticiones y las salidas que haya cada día. Los cristales de las ventanas que dan a la calle no insonorizan mucho. De todas formas, si hace calor, hay que abrir las ventanas porque no hay aire acondicionado. Fue una estancia incómoda, para no repetir.

Perfect central location, great breakfast. Close to a parking garage if you come by car. The room was not too large and it was a bit too hot in the room and the bathroom could use some renovation. We had a good albeit short stay.

I am not sure, that does the hotel have any worse room, and disturbed by street noises, than I have got on the 5. floor? The room does not have curtains at all (only relux). So impossible to make dark in the room in summer nights (when I haven't seen dark hour at all), if the window is totally open. And on a warm day you need to keep it totally open. When I arrived, there was a very much hot day in Trondheim, the window was closed of course, just to make the room as warm, as possible, it felt, liek a dry sauna for me. And on this very much hot summer day they prepared for me a winter blanket/quilt. When I checked out, they did not even ask how was my stay in the hotel, what I think about the place. Quality hotel, really? I have no idea why! The positive things were: the location is good, breakfast is also good and fair, staff was kind and helpful, when I had question. This hotel is probaly better in winters. But after my experience here, I would never stay here again!

Central location, 150 meters to the nearest stop for the bus from the airport. The room and bathroom were clean, and the conference facilities were okay. No luxury in the room though, no minibar or fridge. Toilet paper of a thin and rather poor quality. Very good breakfast. Lunch and dinner are available only for pre-booked groups. They had problems serving properly warm food for all guests while we were there, but the meat was quite good, modestly spiced. The house red wine, on the other hand, was served too warm. The blueberry pannacotta with fresh berries which we had for dessert one day was excellent. The reception doubles as a bar, with a limited selection, not a "feel good" place. To the conference rooms in the basement it is stairs only, otherwise lifts were okay. There are many restaurants and pubs in the vicinity.
