Nothing great about this hotel but also nothing bad about it. Very tight on the instead, elevator is small and the whole place feels little claustrophobic. The breakfast is very good and the rooms are clean. If you are staying for one night, I would recommend… if staying for longer maybe try find something else

Terrible service! The manager respons is far from what you should expect. It’s best to stay away from this hotel. Plenty of other phenomenal hotels with great service in Trondheim. 👌

Zimmer war gerade so ok. Sehr lieblos. Man könnte es wohlwollend "Standard" nennen. Aber das Bad war winzig. Auf der Toilette musste man halb schräg sitzen, da sie gegen die Duschtür anstieß. Das Frühstück war gut, vielseitig, der Service freundlich und hilfsbereit. Für eine Nacht auf der Durchreise OK. Nochmal buche ich hier nicht.

The TV had a mind of its own. It would have been better if they had just thrown it out and not had a TV there at all. That would have saved a lot of frustration. Very helpful and friendly staff who did their best to bring the junk back to life. There was a strange chemical smell upon arrival, which dissipated after a night with the windows open. Because of this, cleanliness gets a low score. Otherwise, the room looked clean and tidy. The room should have been quarantined until it was properly aired out. I should have asked for a different room, but I was exhausted after a long day trip.
