I stopped here with my husband while travelling from Halifax to Toronto. The Hotel was good, the evening receptionist was wonderful giving great recommendations for dinner. When I had left the following morning I was contacted by the Hotel to say that a bath robe was missing from the room. I was told that the head of hospitality checked the room the day before and there were 2 bathrobes. I told the receptionist that there was only 1 bathrobe, but we were only doing a quick stop, so it wasn't a problem. I was asked if I had mistakenly packed the bathrobe as I would be charged for the missing item. I said I would return to the Hotel and staff could go through my car as I had not taken the bathrobe. When I returned to the Hotel I was told there was a mistake. They found the missing bath robe! I was not happy, as I had wasted time returning to the Hotel as I was not going to be accused of stealing. The receptionist apologized and asked if I would like a coffee to go! The following day I received an email from the manager asking me about my experience. I am still waiting for a reply and an apology from management. This is unacceptable.

Strict check in
Showed up a half hour early and made us wait until exactly 3pm… check out at 11am is fine but the 20 hours is very strict and stressful

A little lackluster based on the rating.
We arrived for check in but no one was at the front desk. We waited 20 minutes and then saw the instructions for parking on the counter so went to park.
Parking was about 5-10 min walk from the hotel, something we were not aware of when we booked. The lot was $10 for 24hours.
The room was small and akward. But the bed was fairly comfortable and the view was nice.
The bathroom was small and did not contain a fan for ventilation. Also no bathtub.
We went for dinner and came back for the night.
Unfortunately the breakfast restaurant was closed so we walked to find something.
