Very disappointing experience. The hotel is dirty, and not well maintained – cleanliness is far below basic standards. Judging by the condition, I guess there are only two cleaning ladies for the whole hotel. One night, the air conditioner was blowing directly on the kids all night. We couldn’t turn it off because the remote was broken. No one was at the reception during the night – after 10 calls, someone finally answered half-asleep and said they didn’t know how to help. The food is expensive and not tasty. They didn’t want to give a child even one scoop of ice cream just 6 minutes after the kitchen "closed". At the bar, you can sit at a table for 20 minutes and nobody will come to ask if you want anything. It’s clear that some of the staff really don’t want to be there! Because of how dirty the rooms were, I didn’t even want to look at the spa. The gym is okay. I strongly recommend driving 15–20 minutes to eat at local restaurants – the food and service are much better. (Try Umoljani, Šabići…) I understand it’s not winter season, but if the hotel is open, they should still maintain basic standards of cleanliness, service, and hospitality. The hotel has great potential because of its location, but in its current condition, I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. We are leaving 3 days earlier.

Muhteşem bir ekip ve tertemiz bir tesis. İmkanları ( kayak odası , spa , Lobi , ) süper. Odalar çok güzel . Yemekler net ve çok lezzetli .Lobi de muhteşem bir şömine sürekli yanıyor ve etrafında çok güzel yuvarlak oturma grubu konulmuş . Herkes rahatça oturup bir şeyler içebiliyor .

Mountain view beautiful hotel
Beautiful hotel set in the mountains of Bjelašnica - the air was fresh and so crisp! Wish we stayed for longer. Lovely hotel staff, the spa service including swimming pool area and massage and body scrub - definitely recommend. Lovely restaurant - selection of food and the breakfast was also excellent.

Every place has some small negativities, I am not here to ruin the 5 star coz of small things. I am
Putting the focus on the whole picture. I came here with my little family looking for the short gateway fromm the city of Sarajevo, and not such a long ride.After staying one night I extended stay for 3 more nights. This place is the best Hotel around Sarajevo and Sarajevo itself. Amenities are all new. The whole Hotel Service staff are simply amazing and welcoming. The food is so fresh and tasty. Design of hotel and Variety of food, especially authentic Bosnian full breakfast have my 5 stars .I Never stay in Hotels below 4, and always 5 stars. For Bosnian conditions this is the best Hotel so Far. I will give it 5 star.This is a message to management. Stay updated, pay well the personal to keep it well in the future also . I am looking forward to come back to this place and find it in the same shape again. I was sceptical to book more days coz this hotel has 8 star on *******, and cannot be compared with the quality of other hotels which have a bigger stars and don't deserve it. This was the best stay in Bosnia so far

This was our first visit to Bjelašnica and we did not know what to expect. We knew that Nomad was a brand new hotel, but I did not expect such a high level of comfort and service. Immediately at the reception, we were greeted by very friendly staff who explained to us where everything was located in the hotel. The rooms are surprisingly large and comfortable and, what is particularly important to me, extremely clean and tidy. Our room had a beautiful view of the ski slopes, which are about 100 meters away. The hotel is normally ski-in/ski-out and has a surprisingly large heated room for ski equipment. Each room has its own heated ski closet. There is also an after ski cafe, again with a view of the ski slopes. The view of the ski slopes also has a spa area consisting of a swimming pool and three types of saunas, which are the ideal solution for relaxation after a day spent skiing. The food is excellent and there is something for everyone, but it is definitely recommended to try local specialties. The hotel is also equipped with a game room where you can relax with, for example, a game of billiards. In the end, I can say that I have only positive impressions from Bjelašnica, and especially from Hotel Nomad, and we will definitely come back again.

Our first visit to Bosnia was made all the more special by our stay in Hotel Nomad. Stunning mountain views and you can overlook the whole ski resort of Bjelasnica. We were blown away by every aspect during a truly magical week's stay. The staff were very friendly and always helpful and at very short notice helped us arrange a taxi to the fascinating, historical city of Sarajevo. The rooms were spacious and immaculately maintained. The food was excellent and they went out of their way to accomodate the vegetarians in our family. Beautiful spa facilities and a cool games room too. Once we got the hang of skiing it was wonderful to use the ski in & out facility at the hotel. We fell in love with Bosnia and it's unique people and really hope we can visit again. Thank you all at Nomad and apologies for the delay in writing this review.
