The hotel is in a beautiful building overlooking the sea, elegant, and equipped with every comfort. This hotel will remain unforgettable for me because it also served as a refuge for us during a time of intense military tensions, and the entire staff assisted us 24/7, reassuring us and ensuring we never lacked anything. The manager and the entire staff were a fundamental point of reference during such a difficult time. It will remain an unforgettable place, and I hope to return to it as soon as the situation improves.

This is my first morning at hotel and yesterday my first dinner. In both cases there is no menu and all is buffet, good but not fantastic. Current room is excellent, but first room I was assigned was small and balcony had cigarette butts. Lobby is impressive, a sort of internal patio with a roof six floors high.

I wished to spend my vacation days in Tripoli, but unfortunately there was no place. However, they gave us the address of other hotels that were at the required level. The hotel is no longer of the Sheraton chain and no longer has the Four point brand. It is now called El Andalous. Structure still valid but with major maintenance problems. Inattentive management and that "you live on yourself".
