Very poor front office service making guests feel unsafe. Use of foul words by the guy sitting at the reception desk making my family feel insecure and unsafe. Absolutely not recommended if you are travelling with your family to Trimbakeshwar.

Good rooms good facilities. Good food . Staff is Co operative. Walking distance from temple. I’m the main market . Entrance to parking is very narrow. Thus pl careful . Then told us that there is dormitory for drivers but was closed on the day of our visit

Superb location, very close to the Triambakeshwar temple. In a very busy street, but have covered parking. Honestly, considering the location and overall star rating of the hotel, I wasnt expecting the rooms to be this good. Rooms are modern and clean, good sleep quality. AC was just right. Staff is courteous and friendly, helped us with local details. We booked 2 rooms as we were 2 Adults and 2 grown up kids. Overall good value for money.

worst food in the restaurant the manager who stands at billing counter only convince customers that food is made freshly and we have to wait .... too much of waiting time in restaurant for food .. in this hot summer .... very rude manager ... and only one cook and i waiter to maintain that restaurant ...

Have been checking the availability since morning to book for this property and was showing sold out. When called up the reception they said 4 rooms are available that too around 12 noon. After confirming the room over the phone was told to send the details via whatsapp and they would send the payment details. Sent the details immediately and no reply till 4:30pm. When called up to check where is the delay , was told by Ganesh (who was in conversation since morning) said we received online booking during these hours and we are not able to give u room. On demanding to speak with on-duty Manager they said he is on break and we will not disturb him. On investigating further got to know that the rooms are sold at a higher price that was quoted to me. Very unprofessionally practice by the staff and the Manager.
