Once of the waste hotel. Rooms dirty. Washroom taps moving. Sepage and stinking rooms. Owner ask to eat in there restaurant but the menu price and billing price is different. If you notice and inform them then they have excuse as menu is old. There is a Devendra palace which is far better. I would never recommend to stay here.

Room and service was excellent. There could be further improvements but the available facility was more than enough for family stay.

The stay offered with paid prices was terrible. The hotel star rating is false. 2 couples and 2 below 14 child were offered with a double bed and a half bed. Single bed sise was 2. 5 with, could you imagine would to sleep. Rooms was very short 8 ftx10 ft and we paid for 3nights. In that are better hotel were there with per day charges approx 1500 but 3 star and comfort. The basic need of bed could not fulfilled. Tv was not working. No complimentary service is there. I found my self in a trap. I give zero rating out of 10. Such a poor experience. Regards, ganesh barai, nagpur

The location is good and near shree triamkeshwar mandir at about 600 m distance. But the overall cleanliness of the hotel is not good. Appears to be a very low budgeted hotel although tariff is not low. Bed size of the room no. 218 allotted was like a half cut bed. Room size too small. The dining area is too messy. May see in pics attached.

The room was not properly cleaned. No soap and hand wash provided. Food charges are high. Room charges are also high according to their facilities.

The room were very specious and clean. Staff is very supportive. Food is the usp of the hotel. Starter or main course everything was excellent and value for money.
