Perfect complex. There are everything what you need. Clean modern apartment, parking, good restaurant, spa, gym, huge pool. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Especially professional swimming instructor and lifeguard Ismail Demir.

Receptionist need better educating cleaning done every other day a bit pricey in the resturant I asked for a coffee instead of full breakfast but wouldn't swop started watching a match they they switched to another match at half time with no explanation 3 out of 5 been to better sites

Perfect either for families or friends also for couples. There are a huge variety of rooms from studios, 1+1, 1+2 and even penthouse . Rooms are clean, staff is very friendly and helpful. Variety of food, from pizza, pasta, steak etc. Also provide transfer from and to the airport. Huge swimming pool, sauna, hammam and gym.Recommend for all.

I was surprisingly pleased with my stay. I was on the first floor and the room was large and modern and restaurant Delicious was delicious. The pool area was great. No crazy loud people. It was full but quiet and nice. The reception person “Helen” spoke American English and was amazing in her customer service skills. She smiled and was happy to help me right away. She did not push me aside or say I am busy I cannot help you. She was smiling and happy to be there to help. Her English was great. I was also happy to see that they were constantly cleaning. I felt safe and welcomed. Thank you Courtyard…..💐

Well we were very excited about coming to this complex as it is new and has good reviews.we have been coming to Cyprus 45 years visiting our Turkish Cypriot family. We usually stay in kyrenia area but thought we would try the courtyard. We arrived Sunday and there was no cot for our baby. Asked every day and they said at reception the hotel was full and no cots available. They knew we were arriving with a baby. BUY MORE COTS ITS SIMPLE. No room service had to ask on Thursday for clean towels and sheets WHY? SUNDAY again had to ask in morning for room to be cleaned. 6 o'clock not done,back to reception. Housekeeping finished. It's very bad service We paid a lot of money for this holiday and so far have been very disappointed. We have another week yet. The hotel should have more English speaking staff the amount of English speaking visitors here. Also a good idea would be to have a canopy over the children's play area. It's in full sun and the baby pool has no shade either. I would not recommend this complex just yet it needs improvements

Brilliant hotel for families and couples. Located on the road up to iskele. Pools are huge and the hotel has all of the amenities and services of which you could need. Massively recommend the place to anyone.
