Mein 3-tägiger Aufenthalt hätte am 05.07. beginnen sollen. Ein paar Tage vorher mailte das Hotel, dass zu diesem Zeitpunkt wegen einer Feier mit Lärmbelästigungen zu rechnen sei - ich könne kostenfrei stornieren. Ich verzichtete. Leider konnte ich wegen unglücklicher Umstände den Aufenthalt nicht antreten, was ich am frühen Morgen des 05.07. erfuhr. Sogleich bat ich das Hotel um eine Stornierung. Zwei Minuten später wurde meine Kreditkarte mit den vollen Kosten aller drei Nächte belastet. Danach kam eine Mail vom Hotel, dass eine kostenfreie Stornierung nicht möglich sei. Kulanz sieht definitiv anders aus!

Μείναμε 11-13/10/2024. Όλα άψογα: Το ξενοδοχείο, η τοποθεσία, η θέα, το δωμάτιο. Το προσωπικό απίστευτα ευγενικό. Το πρωινό εξαιρετικό. Φάγαμε στο εστιατόριο το βράδυ ένα καταπληκτικό δείπνο. Το αποκορύφωμα ήταν το σπα, ο πεντακάθαρος και ήρεμος χώρος (γυμναστήριο, αποδυτήρια, πισίνα, σάουνα, χαμάμ, κρυοθάλαμος), το προσωπικό και κυρίως η θεραπεύτρια που είναι μάστερ στο μασάζ! … ότι και να πούμε δεν αρκεί. Ευχαριστούμε θερμά για την απίστευτη φιλοξενία! Κερδίσατε πιστούς οπαδούς! Ευχόμαστε να συνεχίσετε με το ίδιο μεράκι!

The hotel is very well located, has a nice restaurant and bar, and is excellent service. Near to Meteora, but not so crowded as in Kalampaka. Unfortunately, the rooms need a huge renovation. But the staff is great and very helpful. The receptionists were more than welcome.
