Excellent hôtel. Chambre spacieuse, bien équipée (2 pièces et 2 télévisions) et parfaitement insonorisée, literie de très bonne qualité, accueil exceptionnel, petit déjeuner très copieux, varié et de bonne qualité (même si peut-être un peu cher à mon sens - 12/13 € serait plus juste que 15€). Parking à proximité + petite piscine que nous n’avons pas essayé.Nous reviendrons car la qualité de la chambre et du sommeil a été au rendez-vous.

Très bon emplacement juste a côté de St Nazaire mais plusieurs points à revoir. Accueil : bien que souriant, il y a un gros manque de compétences et de communication.. on me demande durant nos deux jours un code car j'ai fait une réservation via leur site et j'ai créer une carte de fidélité FLAVOURS. Personne ne sais vraiment quel code il faut mais on me le réclame tout de même. J'apprends a la fin du séjour que finalement cela n'était pas nécessaire.. Nous apprenons également que l'espace détente est en travaux donc non accessible, j'aurais apprécier de le savoir en amont. Chambre supérieur : Bel espace et balcon avec jolie vue pour notre part mais pas mal de chose ne vont pas : Café et thé mis à disposition, très bien, en revanche avec une bouilloire qui fonctionne c'est encore mieux. Petite cuisine mais pas d'éponge ni de produit vaisselle (on a apprend à la fin du séjour que sa aurait du nous être fourni) Bouton du Micro-Ondes extra collant.. Seche serviette rempli de poussière, meuble dans les toilettes qui ce décolle car poser avec du double face. Baignoire avec du scotch encore coller dessus et pas de plinthe en bas donc silicone apparent. On nous demande sur le site au moment de la réservation l'age de notre enfant (en l'occurrence entre 0 et 1 an) et on nous met un lit une personne (pas possibilité sur le site de demander un lit parapluie). Bref pas mal de chose qui font que nous n'y retournerons pas surtout quand on voit que le tarif en haute saison est de 249 euros la nuit.

Très bon établissement
Une semaine en famille. L'hôtel est propre, bien insonorisé, la piscine est chauffée, nous avons passé un bien agréable séjour. Quelques minutes de marche suffisent pour accéder au bus ou pour aller au centre commercial.
