We originally booked an executive king room but on arrival found it was directly next to the elevator! Quite specifically, we did request to be far from it as we are light sleepers. We opted to upgrade our room to a suite with living room and two bathrooms and a balcony and boy was it a treat after a week of tiny inns! The room switch was handled well by the staff who were friendly. We were only in town for one night but it was a memorable stay. A/c functions well. Beds comfy. Tons of space to spread out. Our upgrade included breakfast, which could be ordered to the room. Pro tip: do this and eat in your pjs! Well worth it.

Wij hadden een slechte ervaring bij uitchecken, er kwam ineens 270eu extra bovenop het normale bedrag alhoewel dat we geen avondeten genomen hadden en bijgevolg ook niets gedronken hadden,aan de receptie zeiden ze dat die 270eu vooral taxen waren wat uiteraard niet kan. Ik kon ook de rekening niet inkijken. Eenmaal thuisgekomen heb ik gemaild(2x) naar het hotel met de vraag om de rekening nog is te herbekijken en om de rekening online door te sturen. Na 3 dagen nog steeds geen reactie,dus een totaal gebrek aan service en empathie ginds. Wij voelen ons bestolen en kunnen dus niet anders dan het hotel volledig af te raden.

We hebben 2 overnachtingen gehad. Goede ligging. Je rijdt er zo naar toe, met een ruime parkeergarage onder het hotel ad €18/dag. Met de lift/trap kom je in het hotel. Op loopafstand van de mooie oude binnenstad. Prettige sfeer in hotel. Kamer is rustig en schoon. Bedden zijn wel redelijk hard. Badkamer is modern, alleen douchen in bad is minder fijn. Er staat een koelkastje op de kamer. ‘s Nachts was het rustig. We hebben geen ontbijt in hotel gedaan, omdat we dit prijzig vonden. Op 3 minuten lopen was er een bakker met belegde broodjes en zitgelegenheid (Mühlen café) , een koffiecafe (café Mohr) en allemaal restaurantjes. Voor een volgend bezoek aan Trier zou ik zeker dit hotel weer boeken!

Prachtig hotel, uitstekend gelegen in het midden van de stad. Zeer lekker en uitgebreid ontbijt, vriendelijk en behulpzaam persoonlijk. Beschikt ook over parkeergarage, op wandelafstand zijn er ook nog andere parkings te vinden. Aanrader !

Zentral gelegenes Hotel mit Parkhau und integriertem Steakhaus,das auch ausgezeichnet(Zertifizierung für Kobe Rind )ist.Zimmer sehr schön eingerichtet und die Bar zum wohlfühlen (Sehr interessante Gin Karte) animiert. Das Hotel verfügt außerdem über einen Fitness Raum und einen Spa Bereich..Sehr freundliches Personal und sehr gutes Frühstück mit regionalen Produkten. Unser Favorit wenn wir in Trier sind! Passt einfach alles👍

Sehr schönes Stadt- und Businesshotel, Superlage in der Trierer Innenstadt, bequem erreichbar mit eigener Einstellhalle, schöne moderne Zimmer, EXZELLENTES FRÜHSTÜCK. EIN ECHTES HIGHLIGHT IST DIE BAR, die bis um 1 Uhr geöffnet ist, sowohl qualitativ, als auch was das super nette Personal angeht.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Sehr schönes, modern eingerichtetes Hotel in zentraler Lage. Zimmer sauber und gemütlich. Auch das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend. Alles in allem eine Empfehlung für Trier-Besucher. Wir kommen gern wieder.
