4 dagen hier verbleven met hond. De kamers vonden wij eigenlijk het minste van het hotel, die zijn donker ingericht en niet zo ruim maar wel prima in orde hoor. Het is gewoon omdat de rest van het hotel erg fijn is. De wellness, geweldig, best groot, romeins ingericht, zalige bedden in rustruimte en alles ziet er prima uit. Restaurant erg gezellig en ontbijt is zalig. Bar is erg leuk met heerlijke cocktails. Ligging heel goed, pal in het centrum. Kortom een aanrader, we komen graag weer terug!

Great Location
Disappointed that the extra bed was not ready for us despite reception knowing that it was a room for 2 adults and a child at check in we had to go back to reception to get a child’s bed. The hotel says that children stay free, but that was not our experience as my friend had the room next door and she paid less using the same booking platform and we booked at the same time.

Sehr stilvoll eingerichtetes, sauberes Hotel. Personal sehr nett und kompetent. Tolles Frühstück, leider gab es Sonntag kein Platz, mussten warten.

Great location maybe an updo on service
Comfort rooms are very loud. Exec room is nice. Check in staff were challenging and then didn’t follow through. Instead we had to come to recheck in and change out keys. Silly and I think there a bit of the front desk manager was being snotty and took it out on us. Bar staff and others very nice.

Classy and close to the action
The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is just on the edge of the old city...so convenient to walk to the plaza and the old roman sites from this hotel
