Alles Bestens, Zimmer Sauber und recht Modern. Und vor allem sehr gemütlich. Auch das Bad war Prima. Gut Gelegen ! Personal sehr Freundlich und zwar eine aufrichtige Freundlichkeit. Ich war sehr zufrieden, Frühstück hatte ich keines deshalb kann ich das nicht bewerten.

De kussens waren zacht ,maar voor mij o.k.De kamers zijn groot en netjes .Er staat geen waterkoker of mogelijkheid om koffie of thee te maken .De parking is ook een gemak ,je auto staat veilig en je kan overal te voet naar toe .Het personeel is vriendelijk .

Very nice hotel in a great location, close to the Porta Nigra and city centre just a few minutes walk away. It was easy to find and parking was easy to get in to. Plenty of parking spaces as well. We received a warm welcome and were able to check in right away. Our room was overlooking the main road which was noisy with the windows open. It was also very hot when we stayed here but sadly there was no air con. There was a fan in the room but it was that hot, the fan didn’t make much difference. The room was large and clean, same with the bathroom. The bed was comfy but the pillow was a bit soft and I normally sleep on 3 pillows so I rolled my duvet up and put it under the pillow. I didn’t need the duvet due to the heat so why not, it worked and I got a good nights sleep. The shower was lovely with great water pressure. Breakfast was very good with everything you needed and the staff kept everything topped up. I was sorry we didn’t stay here longer but we have said we will go back when we can spend a couple of days there to explore the area more. Hopefully it won’t be as hot next time. I did find Woolworths in the city centre and couldn’t resist shopping in there which meant we then had to walk back to the hotel with all the shopping I purchased. The cathedral was a lovely place to visit as well. There are plenty of bars and restaurants in the city centre to choose from. They had a big music festival on in the centre but we was leaving the day it started sadly and missed it. So overall a great place to stay.

We had an unexpected event and I asked for an early check-in as my husband had to work during the day. They were very helpful and facilitated it completely. Great breakfast.

The room was clean and had a balcony with chairs, though a rainy October was not a good time to enjoy this. We did not tst out the air conditioning My wife pronounced the bed comfortable. Room made every day and the wet bathmat - thanks to a leaky shower door - also replaced every day. Hotel very conveniently placed for the city centre. Breakfast perfectly adequate - if you want more choice then spend 50% extra at the nearby Mercure.

This is a 'way above average' hotel. Why? The staff is very friendly and flexible, the rooms are clean, the beds are excellent and large, and there is a private parking that's fully surveyed by camera's. On top of that: the beautiful city center of Trier is very close, and if you need basic stuff there are 2 supermarkets, and a bakery close by. We only spent 2 days here but would come back to this hotel. Last but but.nkt least: excellent breakfast. The rooms are accessible by an elevator.

Ein angenehmes Hotel. Die Zimmer Größen variieren leider recht kräftig. Beim ersten Besuch war ich vom großzügigen Zimmer positiv überrascht, beim zweiten eher enttäuscht. Sehr zentral gelegen, nette Mitarbeiter. Viele gute Restaurants in Laufnähe.

The hotel was very nice. Staff at checkin were so friendly and caring. Room was big, clean and beds comfortable. Breakfast in the morning was plentiful and very good. Nice parking lot in back for the car which was very nice. Perfect location too, walking distance to the center.
