Great place to stay visiting Trier. Easy access to the sites and more restaurant selection within walking distance. The lady at the desk was also very approachable and provided great customer service. Thank you.

It was busnis trave i have checked in this very nice hotel good acsses parking Availlable for cars in additional payment and breakfast availabe from earlier hours of the morning you can relax in the out chairs the bar is very nice and the working team very kind person's checkout very fast many thanks

Infinitely better than their webpage would have you believe. Really clean and spacious room and a fantastic breakfast to set you up for the next day. The covered outside bar at the front of the hotel is stunning. Parking under the hotel is hassle free and good value at €12 per day. The hotel is conveniently situated for the old town, which is only a 2 minute walk.
Lastly, the staff are a joy to behold, nothing is too much trouble. Unfortunately I have no idea on the eco credentials of this hotel. Highly recommended

Das Hotel ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Das Bad/WC ist etwas erneuerungsbedürftig. Grundsätzlich ist es aber sauber. Unsere Junior-Suite war geräumig. Die Betten sind gut aber die Matratzen sehr hart. Leider gibt es nur einen Wasserkocher (keine Kapselmaschine). Keine Minibar, jedoch eine Flasche Gratis-Mineralwasser. WLAN ist langsam. Sehr lange Wartezeiten beim Lift. Pluspunkt ist die Lage direkt am Altstadtrand. Schön ist, dass man den Hund mit zum Frühstücken nehmen darf. Zuschlag für Hund 12 € pro Aufenthalt. Parkplätze sind für 9€ pro Nacht in der hoteleigenen Garage vorhanden.
