我們晚上11點到，有個小哥哥等着我們 人不錯 也很好。房間定的套房 很棒。但是有個德國大媽前台。巨兇，早上我們去吃飯，説沒有預訂小孩的，在餐廳大吼。退房時，去買單，非要説我們四個人，多收我們200歐，其實我們就兩個大人帶了一個12歲的小孩。我跟她解釋以後，她改了費用，但是一直態度很不好，我們是住店客人，又不是敵人。這個酒店是小鎮最好的酒店，有這樣的前台 很抱歉！
