In order to catch the plane and change this hotel close to the airport, I confirmed repeatedly the night before that I need to go to the airport at 5 o'clock in the morning the next day. The front desk said it was definitely possible, and it had been arranged, but I arrived at the front desk at 5 o'clock the next morning. The driver was not there, and the front desk Said that she didn't know where the driver was, said that she would contact the driver again, only sent a message and didn't call. I been a diamond member since 2017 and has always been treated with the utmost respect until the night shift crew Elisha front desk clerk was nasty and foul from day 1 Since June 2025... He has a very nasty attitude and needs retraining in how to treat guest. I allowed this to go too long and I will be reporting this unprofessional behavior to higher level. He even got an attitude with my Corporate Lodging. This is not needed in no Hotel chain...if you don't like your job.. well Quit !

Lea at the front desk was wonderful. She helped us multiple times throughout our stay. She went above and beyond. Great customer service. The hotel itself was clean and all of the employees were friendly and accommodating.

Elisha was helpful and professional. This hotel is clean and close to all I needed. I’m going back in a few days. I’m that pleased with a few of the staff to return again soon!
