I’ve had a wonderful stay! The food was absolutely excellent—delicious and beautifully presented every time. The hotel is spotless, and the entire team is incredibly friendly and welcoming. The atmosphere is calm and pleasant, and the location is just perfect. Everything was truly top-notch—from the cleanliness to the service and overall comfort. Thank you for a lovely experience. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Ero solito andarci abitualmente per lavoro (indicativamente 2 sere a settimana) Le camere sono confortevoli, nulla da dire, forse poco luminose di giono (molte hanno finestre piccole e posizionate in alto, tipo cella da convento) Colazione non eccezionale per un 4 stelle ma comunque discreta Parcheggio un po' piccolo rispetto alle capacità dell'albergo (difficile trovare parcheggio quando è pieno ed è in una zona "scomoda": se necessiti di un parcheggio rischi di dover lasciare l'auto molto distante) Dopo esserci stato circa una cinquantina di volte è capitato che avevo prenotato per due notti ma purtroppo il secondo giorno mio padre ha avuto un infarto e sono dovuto correre a casa ad assisterlo. Nonostante abbia annullato la prenotazione per la seconda notte alle 15 del pomeriggio (non all'ultimo momento quindi) non hanno voluto sentire ragioni e mi hanno comunque addebitato il costo della seconda notte (avevo fornito i dati della carta di credito) Chiaramente da allora non mi hanno visto più e quando sono in zona per lavoro (un paio di notti a settimana) vado da altre parti (fortunatamente è una zona con molti alberghi per cui si può scegliere)

Struttura molto bella , situata in centro al paese dove si possono fare della camminate , camera spaziosa , colazione varia , struttura pulita e personale gentile . Ci ritorneremo anche se i prezzi per la cena forse sono un po’ sopra la media ..

Siamo venuti per fare un week end con amici, convinti dalle ottime recensioni prenotiamo. Arriviamo e il primo problema nasce dalle stanze, matrimoniale deluxe situata nella mansarda della villa storica, un’unica finestra a soffitto, bagno cieco e lettino aggiuntivo incastrato tra il muro e il matrimoniale… servizio colazione lasciamo perdere, aperitivo lasciamo perdere, cena lasciamo perdere. Ad ogni richiesta (per esempio stuzzichini da accompagnare all’aperitivo), viene specificato che bisogna pagare, non ci sono problemi, paghiamo! Ma niente il risultato non cambia, regole ferree da caserma pertanto se superi l’orario sul tabellino di marcia non puoi essere aiutato. Acqua nella camera mezzo litro a 2 euro nel frigobar, se hai sete devi chiedere, cena con prezzi esorbitanti per pietanze discutibili…. Sbagliamo una richiesta e ci riportano il piatto a tavola dicendo che comunque dobbiamo pagare l’errore, va bene paghiamo ! Ma niente, quasi stizziti procedono ad una pasta al ragù al posto della pasta al pomodoro, come se avessimo fatto l’errore del secolo, con sgarbo aggiungerei… diciamo che il servizio al cliente non è la loro specialità . Anche la colazione 15 euro a persona , trovo sia sproporzionato al servizio e la qualità del servito, fatta eccezione delle torte homemade, per tutto il resto livello bassissimo. Quattro stelle credo siano giuste per la storica dimora ma per tutto il resto mi chiedo come possa ricevere recensioni eccezionali. Sconsigliatissimo

Prenotata la struttura con accesso al parco Leolandia. Suggestiva la location, le camere pulite e arredate in maniera funzionale. Bagno adatto alle esigenze familiari. Piccola nota negativa, le spine poste sul comodino inutilizzabili per la ricarica in quanto troppo vicine al materasso. Colazione ottima e abbondante, con diverse soluzioni senza glutine, dal pane a fette, ai wafers, muffin. Consigliatissimo anche per la vicinanza a Leolandia
