Had a really comfortable stay here. The hotel was lovely and clean and the beds super comfy. The towels were lovely and fluffy and plenty of room in our room to store our things as we had kids bikes too! We went down to Charlestown on the first night which was about a 8 minute drive and it was the most beautiful place. So many things around you so you don’t go without! Will definitely stay here again!

Staff were very friendly and helpful on arrival. Room was clean but just two points about the room (125) as it is summer time. The temperature was 25 degrees which we can cope with however a light summer duvet and not a thick winter one would be more practical. Also the shower did not keep a constant temperature and we would not be able to let are 9 year old granddaughter use it as it made me jump away with the temperature fluctuating.

The pillows, duvet and bed was lovely. The curtains were dusty and cobwebs and mould in bathroom with a broken seal around the sink. Couldn’t sleep as the intense stuffiness made it uncomfortable even with a fan that didn’t do anything or with the window open. The restaurant next door supplied lovely food and service throughout our stay.

Really comfortable stay, best premier in I’ve ever stayed in. Really comfortable stay, staff were friendly and polite and everything was clean and tidy. I would definitely recommend staying here, close to amenities and a lovely base to discover Cornwall from

Please just hire someone to maintain the rooms or carry out a refurbishment. If this was your own bathroom it would be unacceptable. From clogged extractor fans, mold, peeling paint, random smells, broken locks, TV remotes that have no buttons left to read. Just well short of Premier Inn standards.

Stayed here for some decent local accom for the Eden Sessions. Wouldn’t normally comment on a budget hotel, as all the things you’d expect were as you would expect them - clean room, looked as you’d expect etc. got to say though, the welcome at check in was fantastic, and they’d even gone to the trouble of having Biffy Clyro playing at reception - it’s the little touches!

Fantastic reception staff, very helpful, they all seemed like a very cheery bunch. The manager was great help letting me know where is good to visit whilst on my stay. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Will be booking again.
