We had a two nights stay at the inn on week days. The first impression of the hotel was amazing, with the superb gardens, balconies, pool and spa. However on entry, the tired carpet sent a different message and made us nervous for what we would find in our room. Thankfully, the welcoming staff quickly put us at ease. Our room was originally supposed to be at the back of the hotel, but the lady at the reception was able to switch it for a garden facing room. She was also able to change our restaurant reservation and create spa massage appointments. We made it to our room and while some of the furniture was scuffed, the overall layout of the room, its spaciousness, the well appointed balcony and the large bathroom did hint at a comfortable stay. We almost bought the provided bathrobes, they were so soft! We did have a delicious dinner at the 1171 restaurant. There was a bit of confusion on the reservation and we could not enjoy the discovery menu. However, every dish we selected was satisfying, inventive and well presented. The staff even gave us our drinks to compensate for the issue with the reservation, which we did not expect but really appreciated. We then had a fire outside, drinking the last of the beauty of the site. If there were a few suggestions for improvements, the entry carpet and ESPECIALLY the website needs attention. We could not make reservations for the time we wanted at the restaurant and spa on the website, plus there was no specific way to say we wanted to enjoy the discovery menu, even though there is a 24 hour reservation requirement for it. We thankfully could make the correct choices at check in time, but it did deter from the overall experience. We do plan to come back, we had the perfect day on Wednesday thanks to the setting and your amazing, amazing staff

We come to the Auberge des Gallant a couple times per year for a nice summer get-away. We enjoy the pool, the beautiful gardens, the large, well equipped suite style bedrooms, the Restaurant and above all, the service of the staff. A great little GEM for a get-away

Site merveilleux pour des retrouvailles (cousins ,cousines 28 personnes ) Hôtel bien située entre Montréal ,Estrie et l’Outaouais. Magnifique jardin bien aménagé et équipé. bonne bouffe, portion généreuse. Personnel jovial et courtois et attentionné. Expérience à refaire

Everything was perfect. The place is relaxing, the room is large, clean, and comfortable. The service lived up to my expectations, and the à la carte menu at the restaurant was delicious. I recommend this place for a stay where you can completely unwind. When we went, it was very peaceful, which is exactly what we needed.

Trois raisons fondamentales pour passer du temps à l’Auberge des Gallants, la quiétude des lieux, la beauté des lieux ainsi que la propreté de ceux-ci. Le seul petit bémol que j’aurais serait les choix du menu à la carte du soir un peu restreint si vous passer plusieurs nuits après avoir mangé la spécialité du moment soit le faux-filet. La carte des vins pour les amateurs est variée mais le prix des bouteilles est assez considérables également, Est-ce que je retournerais à l’Auberge des Gallants, fort probablement.
