典型的歐洲鄉村度假酒店。
酒店在一個小山坡上，晚上開車前往酒店真的很黑，大概10分鐘是沒有路燈的全黑路，不要懷疑跟著導航開就對了。
白天酒店的景色非常美麗，托斯卡納的冬天也非常壯觀，房間外連著院子，走出房間就能看到美麗的景色，非常舒適。
酒店的早餐特別棒，家庭式早餐，種類不多但都非常新鮮美味。
是印象深刻，還想再回來居住的酒店~

The property itself is truly beautiful, with excellent views and a very peaceful, relaxing atmosphere. Our room was spacious and comfortable, Restaurant was good. the restaurant staff were also polite and courteous.
However, we were disappointed by the service from the rest of the staff, particularly at reception. Given that this is a five-star hotel, we expected a higher standard of hospitality. We were traveling with large suitcases and needed assistance getting to and from our room, especially since the property includes several steps. Not only was help not proactively offered, but when we did request assistance, the staff’s response was noticeably cold and unwelcoming. Even when we expressed our thanks for the minimal help we eventually received, the attitude remained dismissive.
For a hotel of this caliber, guest service should be a top priority, and unfortunately, the lack of warmth and professionalism from some of the staff left a negative impression. Also, the bathroom trash was already full when we arrived at the room.
The location and beauty surrounding the property more than makes up for the lack of service, however don’t come here expecting a 5-star service.

The location and the staff were wonderful. The room looked lovely and had a shared common area with fantastic views. The rooms are fairly new and are made to complement the historic “home place” that is adjacent. But our junior suite was as noisy as a college dorm. With so much concrete it is difficult to understand how every word from the suit below was audible in our bedroom but it was.

Not a 5 star and service was bad
This was a very disappointed stay. No where near 5 star service they claim. Room were only equipped with heaters, no aircon available. Breakfast was mediocre and lacked being refilled. Reception was not open at the hours indicated. We were 2 people, but only given 1 towel. When trying to find staff to give us another, nobody was available. Only after waiting for the end of breakfast could we receive the towel. This place claims to be quiet luxury, but it was overfilled with people and lacked basic services. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

Beautifully maintained characteristic resort set in the stunning countryside of Val d’Orcia. The room was not large but comfortable and impeccably clean with a little outdoor table & chairs just outside the door. The restaurant courtyard had a lovely view and the vast selection at breakfast was freshly made and the coffee very good. We were greeted each morning by a very friendly woman, possibly the owner as she seemed to be overseeing everything. Dinner was served out in the open courtyard as well and the pool had loungers and a view to die for. All in all a very pleasurable stay and we would recommend it to anyone wanting a quality stay in beautiful peaceful surrounds. We booked early and it was excellent value for money.

The most tranquil stay in the Tuscan countryside. The views are incredible and the staff are so welcoming. The ideal destination to switch off for a few days.
