Winzige Zimmer mit zwei Koffern kann man fast nicht mehr laufen. Auch das Badezimmer winzig (für Männer größer als 1,85m fast nicht möglich zu duschen!!!) und und war das ganze Mobiliar zu altmodisch. Beim Frühstück keine Omelett im Preis inkludiert, was zwar andere Hotels in der Region auch nicht dabei haben. Für ein 5 Sterne Hotel ist das aber ein no go.

Un piccolo borgo ristrutturato in posizione gradevole, con piscina e giardini, raggiungibile con un percorso sterrato. La struttura non è molto adatta a persone con handicap fisici, dato che ovviamente ci sono scalini un po' dovunque.Personale molto disponibile per ogni cosa. Cucina un po' carente con la proposta, soprattutto a pranzo. Proponendosi come dimora di lusso, occorrerebbe migliorare la proposta della colazione con prodotti di pregio, oltre alla cura dei particolari in camera ( rifacimento del letto, custodia dei cuscini in eccesso, pigiama lasciato sullo schienale della sedia, spazio doccia ristretto). Inoltre la stradina sterrata in salita verso il parcheggio era piena di buche molto fastidiose. Anche la disposizione delle camere è stata gestita in modo errato rispetto alla nostra prenotazione di 4 mesi prima. Quindi con qualche opportuno ritocco, l'offerta può essere migliorata per rendere il soggiorno completamente piacevole

Wir waren absolut überzeugt. Die Anlage ist so liebevoll gestaltet und perfekt gepflegt, jede Ecke ein Highlight. Die Angestellten sind sehr freundlich und fähig und das Essen - wir waren absolut hin und weg. Das war unsere beste Pasta in ltalien. Mit Abstand! Tortelli Carbonara, einfach nur ein Traum. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und sehr sauber, Frühstück super lecker und die Dame, die hierfür verantwortlich ist, ist absolut aufmerksam und zuvorkommend. Es gibt einen WhatsApp Order service am Pool, was super ist. Leider erst ab 16.30h. Wir hätten durchaus auch schon vorher konsumiert ;) Große Empfehlung, wir haben nichts auszusetzen.

Wunderschön gelegen inmitten der Landschaft der Toscana. Zimmer etwas ringhörig. Das Essen auf der schönen Terrasse mit Aussicht war leider nicht überzeugend, die Pasta mit Trüffel trocken und der Salat viel zu klein und total überteuert. Frühstück war ok. Der Pool schön, aber wenn man Pech hat und Gäste dort sind, die laut Musik hören und keinen Anstand besitzen, trübt das die Idylle.

The property itself is truly beautiful, with excellent views and a very peaceful, relaxing atmosphere. Our room was spacious and comfortable, Restaurant was good. the restaurant staff were also polite and courteous. However, we were disappointed by the service from the rest of the staff, particularly at reception. Given that this is a five-star hotel, we expected a higher standard of hospitality. We were traveling with large suitcases and needed assistance getting to and from our room, especially since the property includes several steps. Not only was help not proactively offered, but when we did request assistance, the staff’s response was noticeably cold and unwelcoming. Even when we expressed our thanks for the minimal help we eventually received, the attitude remained dismissive. For a hotel of this caliber, guest service should be a top priority, and unfortunately, the lack of warmth and professionalism from some of the staff left a negative impression. Also, the bathroom trash was already full when we arrived at the room. The location and beauty surrounding the property more than makes up for the lack of service, however don’t come here expecting a 5-star service.
